Very good case but could not figure out the fingerprint

Lets water in at camera on both sides of the phone and the touchscreen becomes harder as Time Goes On

The case is great, very durable and feels nice in the hand. The touch screen is still fairly sensitive it maybe misses a letter when typing if you don't press quite hard enough .I cannot however get the fingerprint scanner to work I've stuck the things on , cleaned it switched it off and on a tryed about 27000 times far with no success.I would recommend as my priority is the durability of the case and not getting my phone smashed up- I'm fairly active at home and work and it gets dropped often.

Slightly disappointed... I love these phone cases! They are so sturdy and after dropping my phone and smashing the screen while not using one, these are the only cases I buy now. The only reason it hasn't got the full 5 stars is because I still cant get the fingerprint scanner to work on my s10+ how ever everything else is great.

I recently bought this product for my Samsung S10+. Overall I think the phone case is great, the company who sells them provide great advice, respond quickly and do anything they can to help. The only thing about this case is that it does take a bit more time to set up...this being the fingerprint sticker. You have to get it correct basically first time, however, with this being said, once the phone arrives, you are provided with 5 stickers in total.Overall, I highly recommend this phone case, its sleek and does what it says and protects the phone. Would buy again if I ever need a new one👍

Finger print reader doesnt work..other then that..it seems very sturdy and the touch screen is as sensitive as not having a case on it so very good. Kind of useless though due to the fingerprint reader not working so not only can't open the phone with it I can't get into banking apps or any other that use the fingerprint sensor. Would like to return it but can't find an option to contact the seller! Not helpful.

Excellent product for my Galaxy S10+, fit's precisely on the whole phone, easy to follow instructions, although a little bit fidely on first attempt, all the buttons line up perfectly and so do the charging point+ covers. So far it's been robust and keeps my phone dust free and feels secure, the screen is full size and very clear and the finger print scanner works absolutely perfect 👌 as does the touch screen. it is 360° protected with clear back and front and doesn't obscure the camera lenses on either side.

Very tough very durable protective case front and back. I don't see any issues other than the phone looks bigger in size. But that doesn't affect the use of touchscreen. Everything still works perfectly. Definitely a good buy. Very happy

Come da titolo, cover incredibile. Davvero! Allora è costituita da due pezzi che vengono montati a guscio. I fori sono tutti ben protetti. Il guscio frontale protegge alla grande lo schermo facendo rimanere lo schermo ben leggibile e cosa più importante con il sensore di impronte ad ultrasuoni perfettamente funzionante. Il retro fa il suo dovere proteggendo lo smartphone alla grande. Ovviamente questo tipo di cover nn possono essere considerate slim perché chi prende questa tipologia predilige la protezione dello smartphone alla snellezza dello stesso. Rimane il fatto che comunque non si sta parlando di ingombri eccessivi, ma solo di un giusto compromesso tra design, estetica e protezione. Ottima cover

Vingerafdrukscanner werkt niet in combinatie met dit telefoonhoesje, terwijl vermeld staat dat het wel kan.Ook de aanrakingen op het scherm worden door de telefoon slecht geregistreerd.Echt een miskoop, ook al waren de verwachtingen vanwege de omschrijving hoog.
