Yours is a question from a few years ago, and unfortunately Amazon posts reviews of and questions to different versions of product mixed together. In this case, at this time, the product in question is Green & Black's Organic Milk Chocolate, 34% Cacoa, 3.5 Ounce Bars (Pack of 10), so yes it does contain milk, and soy lecithin also. I see you now that they list 2 dark chocolates and the milk chocolate on the same product page, which I don't know that they did at the beginning when you posted your question, so one must not specify which chocolate one is referring to when asking a question.

Is this product processed with alkali?

I called Green & Black and they looked it up with the reply; no it is not processed with Alkali but if it was processed with Alkali it would list Alkali in the ingredients line. Hope this helps.

Is this product certified kosher? if so, is it ou or ou-dairy?

Although it stTes on the packaging that it is suitable for vegetarians it does not state anywhere that it is kosher.
