Does not work in the US
This ink would not work in the printer I have. It says it’s compatible but it wouldn’t work. I’m a teacher in NYC and spent over $80 on a cartridge that doesn’t work. In Oct 3, I put a ticket into the IT department. The guy came today, November 2, and told me the ink works in Europe not here. I tried to return it and the return window closed yesterday! I’m so frustrated. I’m out $80 and cannot afford to buy more. Grrrrrrrrr

waste of money- toner was empty added "replacement new toner" still empty
Day I installed the replacement toner - copier stayed at 0 pages remaining and empty-either got blank shell without toner - or so little inside did not even register with copier- horrible

total rip off
I couldn't believe how quickly the toner started registering low. My previous cartridge lasted close to a year with normal usage. I intend to try to seek justice.
