Great Picks For Medium Pick Fans
These Cortex picks have a name that sounds like Tortex, for a reason. For years, I used the Tortex Fins, but they have become harder to find, for some reason. On top of that, it seems that the Tortex pick texture has changed a bit over the years. On the other hand, the Cortex picks feel like how I remember the Tortex feeling, texture-wise. The profile of the picks are great, as well. Am comfortable using these for either strumming or picking.Tone-wise, they are pretty standard. My ears couldn't really tell the difference between similar picks, so it comes down to feel for me. They definitely have a sharper tonal quality than my stone picks, but that is also as expected. The Cortex will become my "go to" pick, because they feel good, and are readily available.

Solid
Wasn't too sure about these but I wanted to try them and I'm into it. Bite is similar to the dunlop tortex of the same size but a little smoother, a lot more ridged and durable. I have a lot more control over different picking attacks, I think they shred pretty good. Pinch harmonics are super smooth with these for some reason for me. Color makes them easy to lose but I dig em.

Great
I'm very picky about my picks. These are durable, don't bend over time, and sound bright and crunchy. Also they are the typical shape. Ditch your jazz3xls.

Keep on pickin and grinnin!
Great material for a pick, a bit stiff but sturdy, doesn't bend. Played a lot with these since I got them, still play with others. I think I prefer my Martin .96 mm picks more, but these are a close runner up. Again, I really do like the material, but don't have much bend, maybe in a lighter pick. Good flat picking choice. Only used for acoustic, imagine they'd work well for a heavy electric pick as well. Price is good.

A great pick for the money.
I tried some thicker picks and did not like them. I play mostly rhythm and these worked much better. I got the .70 and they were firm enough for lead picking, but felt good strumming.

But I love Ultex picks
Nearly an identical copy of the Ultex pick. Not even close to the same color as shown. But I love Ultex picks, when you want a bright tone and fast attack. All Planet Waves products are quality.

Do not EVER stop producing these bad boys.
Best picks I've ever tried. Great for my preferred style of playing which is mostly lead, articulate picking. These are advertised as 70mm but the material makes them the perfect balance between flex and rigidity— I will probably kill if production of these is ever ended for whatever reason. So, D'Addario... don't. These picks are practically my oxygen.

Excellent Guitar Pucks
Very good picks. I filed and shaped them to suit my needs. When filing no rough edges or breaks.

Excellent !
