Best Lawn in Town
This stuff is awesome. Due to drout conditions almost year round in my community, my grass doesnโt get much water other than rain and kind of goes dormant a few months at a time. I used this spray now for two past seasons (two separate applications). My lawn is the best looking one in the neighborhood, and I have received a letter of appreciation from my HOA. My neighbors asked how I kept my lawn so nice considering the drout conditions. I tell themโฆI painted it, and they laugh. But, Iโm okay with that, mine still looks better than theirs by far. My best application of this product was to do a half dose rather than full strength as the natural yellow parts of the lawn can peak through and make it look as if it was lush green grass. This product is amazing and well worth the money.

Greenest grass in the neighborhood!!
I love having a green lawn and keeping it trimmed meticulously. I am literally obsessed with my lawn and care for it. Recently our area has been in a drought and water restrictions have been placed. On the curb (which was always hard for my irrigation system to hit and where dogs LOVE to do their business) is where I tried first since there is where it took a beating. It looked amazing! I decided to then apply a lighter coat (a little more water in the next batch) to cover my front yard since it needed only a little help in some areas. It did cover most of it but saw this color was a little too dark (fairway) for my established lawn. I would probably recommend for a whole front needing the help and starting fresh. My next purchase will be the in between shade (premium light + dark) for my whole front and backyard. I feel you can start lighter and go darker with another application if needed. Be careful with the sprayer you purchase. If it leaks in any way, it will dye whatever it touches. I was able to wash away a few drip marks on my brick walkway when I added warm water to it. I couldn't get to the sidewalk area in time. I do recommend not using a hand pump sprayer if your lawn is large. I purchased an "electric" rechargeable sprayer which slightly leaked (and caused the drip marks). I also will apply the next batch on a cloudy day because I felt the sun messed slightly with me seeing the true color when applying. Overall an amazing product doing what it states. One last remark... I have a dog with white fur. I did keep her off of the lawn for more than the recommend drying time, 2 hrs (I waited 5) and her coat was still white! Get this product!! Worth every cent.

It takes a lot of product to get a good result.
Need a LOT of product for good coverage. One bottle doesn't go very far and is quite expensive to cover a small area. You will get better results with a good quality sprayer, but it will clog the sprayer if you don't wash it out immediately. also, it faded very quickly as it dried where it was applied lightly. If it doesn't go on thick, it won't look very good.

Very good, but not the coverage it advertises.
The Fairway color is very good. It gets darker as it dries. My only dislike is it cost $100 per gallon and I only get half the coverage it advertises.

Doesn't color your soil mix.
This product doesn't dye much if anything. I use green color all the time. Thought id try this brand. Lately been using in a soil mix of sand and peat. Liquid Harvest Lazer Green Concentrated Spray Pattern Indicator is the right product not this. This did nothing except to clump a bit. $97 wasted.

Worked exactly what I needed
I have Resilience II TTTF and had poa annua this spring after a lawn renovation last fall NO PRE-EMERGENT done. Velocity is the real kill herbicide for poa in fescue but the cost is much to high. I used a combination of Tenacity and T-Zone done with 2 applications as you can see it suppressed the poa and lost some of my fescue it's coming back and I seeded those spot new baby grass growing in but I was not happy looking at the bleaching and spots. I used Endurant to cover my spots while the new grass is coming in. Now I'm happy. We had 1 inch of rain last night and it didn't wash away. It did have a few small spots that got lighter and may need another application.

Best on the market
Works excellent - if you follow the instructions to a tee. Just make sure you put a barrier between grass and cement to prevent overspray. I use the fairway bottle at our house in SW Washington, and the premium in Texas. During the wintertime in Texas, the Bermuda grass goes dormant and brown for 3 months. I apply it when it starts to brown, and it's good for 3 months and then the Bermuda grass comes up green to replace the grass paint!

Pour small cap and can cover a lot areas.

Instant lawn envy
This product works very well at covering up pet urine spots and blending inconsistencies in lawn colouration. I would suggest mixing at least half the lowest suggested ratio and applying in layers
