There are no english instructions on the packages! i have purchased this product twice and both times there were no english instructions on packages!

I suggest you notify Amazon about the product and give a review about what you've experienced. I see that the product says "english instructions on the back", but, as with my own experience, there are none. So, Amazon needs to be made aware so they can correct the description. Please do that. If you need help figuring out how to use it in what amounts, I might be able to assist you.

For Bonito and kelp product, how was the sodium ? Very salty ?

Contains 115 milliliters of sodium. The bonito and kelp are mixed properly. It's not overly spicy. Please enjoy it with your favorite strength.
