In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano," which, when translated, expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." asics fast lap track shoe
purchased this shoes for my son's track season. he has worn this for two meets so far and the shoes have fit him well. he said that this shoe is helping him with his time in the 800 and 1600 meter races. this is a quality shoe from asics and recommended.

To narrow
The shoes are too narrow...My feet did not fully fit even once. You may consider them if you have narrow feet.
