This is a Qi "fast charger" with output more than what concurrent use of GPS & XM radio can consume
It has been a joy to arrive at my destination either fully charged or at least with more charge than when I started the trip. This has been true for both commutes as well as 1000 mile weekend trips. The charger has worked perfectly in cold (40's), heat (low 90's) and hard rain. There was 1 time I was VERY appreciative of the external switch. It was a rare day sporting high 90's and stuck in city traffic and full sun directly on the phone's screen. In this rare set of circumstances, the phone started beeping about being too hot.Since Charging in these circumstances was contributing to phone's heat problemI turned unit off charging by simply reaching behind unit with my gloved hand and toggling the switch off. That was enough relief to let the phone regain its temperature.I could not have done the above shutoff with Competitor units as they either lack an on/off switchor have a tiny switch located behind a "door" that may need tools to open and/or toggle. For what its worth, my motorcycle had an unused accessory plug in the front fork/fairing area- probably for things such as heated grips.I wired this charger into that circuit versus trying to string wire over the engine and back to the battery.I feel a naked phone or phone in a case with a "tapered" edge [such as "supcase beetle"] are being held securely even before the charger's thumb screw is tightened. The reason why is charger has a built in channel (lip-edge) for its sides. The above means any phone slide into this channel is already being "held" even before the thumb screw puts pressure onto the phone.Conversely stated, phones within a 1/2" thick flat side case [such as some otter boxes] might not be held as securely. The reason why is 100% of that type of case gets their secure holding from thumb screw pressure only.An otterbox case will work just know holding security comes from thumb screw pressure and only tumbscrew pressure.

Works well
Mount is secure and easy to use. Installation is easy. Button to toggle on and off is hard to press, but doesnt vibrate on and off either. Putting the phone in a good charging position is a challenge just as with many other wireless chargers. It does fast charge my samsung note 10.

It works
This thing is badass. Charges through my phone case no problem. Mounted it to the passenger grab bar on my RZR. Super secure and can remove the phone in seconds. Sometimes you get lucky and pick the right one. Glad I did with this

Great for water resistant phones
I was able to install this fairly quickly, as I had power in my fairing. Seems to be decent mount for handlebar. I did not give the mirror mount a try as I prefer the phone tucked in out of the wind. The screw clamp is great for holding the phone, and it charges like pretty much any other wireless charger does. I use my phone as a blue tooth source for the stereo, so it's nice to know I can ride for hours without running the phone down.

2017 Breakout
The cradle sits firmly on my handle bars without any wobble or rattle. My bars are 1.25" dia. Easily connects to the battery. The cradle charges my phone quickly and it is waterproof. I washed the bike with the cradle on it and did not have any problems. The phone sits snugly in the cradle without worry of falling off. I've ridden on the highway at 80 mph and had no worries of the phone falling out.I highly recommend this wireless phone charger.

Very convenient
This is very sturdy on my motorcycle and my phone does not move around even on bumpy roads. I love not having to plug / unplug the phone each time. I'd give it only 4.5 stars since it doesn't seem to always "connect" to provide wireless charging. But, my phone has a very slim case on it which I'm sure plays into that some.Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Great holder...Fast Charge doesn't work on my Galaxy S9+
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. The holder is very good and keeps the phone held securely. No issues there. However, when I try to charge, it starts as fast wireless charging, but quickly pauses. Reading some things online seemed to point to wiring not being able to support the current requirements. The charger was wired directly to the battery. The only way to charge the phone was to turn off fast charging, but during a long ride of about 90 minutes, the phone and charger heater up and shut down. Additionally, when running Bluetooth music and Google Maps, the charger couldn't keep up with the drain. So, I returned it and am using the same type of charger, but with a quick charge 3.0 USB connection. Not as convenient, but it fast charges.

Holds phone securely
Mounted in my Jeep. Holds phone securely. Gets hot in the sun and charging shuts down so that's kind of annoying.
