Really super. I have resisted buying a better quality pan for a couple of years. Saying a supermarket brand was good enough. And so it was, however the Greenchef is noticeable better than good enough. Heat distribution is excellent and the non-stick attributes are other worldly. I have chased a fried egg around the pan with a silicon spatula a couple of times. With the old pan there would be enough friction and thereby sticking (and possibly burning) to quickly get a utensil under the foodstuff. With the Greenchef a sloosh under the hot tap while it's still warm and it's almost self cleaning.Ever couple of weeks I run it through the dishwasher with outstanding results. You absolutely get what you pay for. I won't be retracing my steps towards cheaper (and inferior) kitchenware. I spend quite a time cooking and this is an aid, rather than a luxury.

First off, I think this pan is too small so go one size up. The non-stick surface makes cleaning so incredibly easy and fast. The whole build feels sturdy and strong, and the heat distribution is pretty even. I have accidentally overheated the pan, but nothing warped, smoked, or cracked so all in all it is an amazing pan. I think it would be pretty hard to damage/scratch the surface of this pan unless you really go hard on it with metal utensils, so just remember to always use nylon, silicone, or wood.

I’ve only had this pan for 2 months and I’m not happy with it! I use oil in the pan when I’m cooking and still my food sticks! I bought this pan as it was a non toxic non stick .....well mine is t! Very disappointed in this product and it wasn’t cheap either!!

Like the non stick finish which seems better than a lot of pans on offer. Also like the handle which is comfortable for my arthritic fingers to hold. As for the sturdiness - so far so good.

Really great build. Feels qualitative, nothing sticks to it, heats very fast. Easy to clean. I like it very much, will order wok pan from the same branda definitely!

A 24cm non stick frying pan.The pan works on all jobs- including induction, it heats up quickly and distributes the heat across the base of the pan well to give you good, even cooking.It says it can be dishwasher washed, but admits that to increase the lifespan of the pan it is best to hand wash the pan, this is true of all non stick as dishwashers are brutal environments and non stick surfaces really suffer in there.It also recommends using a little oil or butter for optimal frying, however I managed to fry an eye using just the pan and no oil at all, I simply heated up the pan ( on my induction hob) slowly and when it was hot, and not before , cracked in my egg, it cooked without sticking and I was able to remove it with my spatula easily.
