Get in the ground floor (for both this model and their next)...It's worth it.
Without a doubt, Bluedio is the best sleeper brand in BT headphones. Always up to date (in BT tech), and punching above their weight. These are simply great headphones for the price, just like the R models before them. Bluedio markets these as a 'Hurricane' to the market of this range of headphone, and they are being 100% honest compared to the MANY others I have tried. Amazing battery life. I have not been forced to charge these once, even after a four-day weekend of extreme use. They'll survive whatever journey you put them through until you have time to charge them (which doesn't take long). Many models, especially in this price range, last less than 8-12 hours (especially with any kind of volume). Superb bass. This is a Bluedio hallmark. If you have tried any of the R models, or read/seen the reviews here, youtube, or elsewhere you know what to expect in that regard. These can be eq'ed (either on your device or with the built-in profiles from pressing both volume buttons) from fairly flat, to well-accentuating the mid-range (I love how electric guitars sound on these), to supremely bass heavy without bottoming out, even at high volume. Incredibly loud. Many bluetooth headphones (even extremely expensive models from Sennheiser and Sony) can only reach around 100db or so, if that. These (and other bluedio models) will do 110-120db. That is borderline insane...you will not be hitting the '+' button in vain, because believe me, I've been there. Even if you like it loud, I highly doubt you will maxing these out (especially if eq'ed higher in a certain frequency). The fit is very good, especially after the pads are broken in. They have a very satisfactory clamp on your head, and will not fall off. The top under padding is comfortable, not digging into your head (like some others). The adjustability range is very good for different size heads; I actually had to open them up a little. On most I have them completely shut wishing they could get smaller, but there is still plenty of slack for those with larger domes. I also think they appear much more subdued when worn then the pictures may appear. The cups are fairly flat, so you don't have to worry if you fear looking like you have actual cans on your head. That's impressive, considering the sound they deliver. Bluetooth works wonderfully on both my phone and pc. I have not had the issues when pairing, and would not let that worry you. A voice prompt clearly keeps you aware of the device status. What else is there to say? For this price you simply cannot go wrong, even if you don't feel as strongly as I do. Here's my suggestion: Buy these headphones instead of taking a chance (and believe me, it's often for minimal gain) on something much more expensive. Take the money you've saved and throw it to them on their Indiegogo for their next high-end model. Not only are you supporting a company that gives great value, you're also getting a huge discount (right here on amazon!) for at least twice what you put in for certainly another great set of wireless headphones. These are the next evolution of the R+, this time fully supporting aptx out of the box. If you own an R model,or were thinking about it...here's your chance to get in on the ground floor: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/dream-wireless-world-1st-optical-color-headphone/x/8395432 If you are reading this review later, perhaps after that campaign is done, or you've tried a model to confirm I am not the next stage in the evolution of marketing robots (just a dude that likes good value wireless headphones and companies that make them, promise), be sure to keep an eye out for their next project. They may do more crowd-funding for other upcoming models...Such as as the super high-end V (pics on their facebook), which has even more speakers per ear than the D arranged in a surround-sound pattern, virtual 7.1 over both wired and bt4.1, touch controls, aptx, optical (toslink) in, 24bit/48hz, my kitchen sink, your kitchen sink, and still probably cost less than a mediocre pair of Beats. If I haven't convinced you it's worth at least $40 to support a good company and product, I'm sure Apple will gladly take your $400. Just don't be surprised when Bluedio becomes the next big thing.

Found a winner here.
So, I purchased these headphones because the ear pads on my old basic inexpensive ones were worn out after a few years and so had to purchase entirely new headphones since they do not make replacements. I do film work so I use top of the line Sennheiser headphones for my work but wanted some basic inexpensive ones to just use around the house with my MacBook Pro and iphone 6 plus. I tried another Bluetooth headphones brand (SoundBot) and they were terrible... felt cheap, not connecting, losing connection, muffled sound, and no real support from the company so I just returned the original AND the replacement items and ordered these. Had never heard of the company Bluedio before (like SoundBot) and so was apprehensive about how good they were going to be and how well they would work. Got them in and, as others have stated, they just felt better. More substantial and well made with some real heft or weight to them. Yes, the plastic parts are at risk for breakage if care is not taken but for the price ($35 including shipping) I find them to be very well made and designed as materials go. They are over the ear headphone so if you are not accustomed to using them or do not like that style you will not like these headphones. They fit my, larger, size head and ears very well being snug enough but not tight or uncomfortable even after an extended period of time and even though they have substantial weight to them. The buttons are easy to find and use and since the play/forward/reverse 'button' is more of a toggle style versus a push style it is easy to differentiate which ones do what with your fingertips The pads over the ears and at the top of the band are very comfortable and soft to the skin rather than feeling plastic like. The sound is excellent overall for the price (again not Sennheiser but not $500+ either) the bass was a bit too much at first but after adjusting the equalizer on my iphone and Macbook it was corrected. I love that it connected very quickly and that I can use the headphones for both my iphone and my Macbook at the same time instead of using two different headphones for each as I had been doing previously. Video and streaming is great sounding and music is clear and varied according to how you set your equalizer. By the way, pressing both volume buttons at the same time will adjust basic equalizer setting options but you will find that they are, at best, basic and most likely will want to use your own player's equalizer to get the best results. I have used them on multiple phone calls and almost everyone said the sound was clear...not perfect... but clear. One company representative I spoke with had difficulty hearing me clearly but that may well have been their system's issue not the headphones' as I had been transferred to multiple departments within the company and only the one representative had the issue hearing me clearly. The voice prompts that tell you when power is "off", "on", "voice dial", and "connected" etc might bother some individuals but I found it convenient. I will update as time goes on but so far....I have to say I find them to be great and plan to purchase another pair to have around for sharing with others.

Great headphones and customer service. Only they are much to tight on my head ( and my head isn't all that big)
I wanted to give these 5 stars just because of the customer service, but because they are so freaking tight on my head I can't go that far. The reason I say the customer services is good is because as I said these things are like a vice on my head, so as you would expect I tried to stretch them out a little and when I did both sides snapped off. I of course thought I was just out the money I spent but decided to contact Bluedio and they allowed me to send them back and get a new pair. They were quick with their response back to me when I emailed them, so the customer service is really good here. Here are my Pro's and Con's Pro's: 1. Have okay sound (great bass, not amazing treble but that can resolved if your device has an equalizer to up that options a little) 2. Got here pretty fast even though it said it would take like a month it got to me in about a week. 3. Connected easily to my Macbook Pro and LG G3 4. As previously mentioned great customer service. 5. Nice controls on the right side earphone with voice that tells you what you are doing eg: "device powering off" or "device connected" Con's 1. the plastic is a little weak between the headphone and the part that connects the two (this is the extender part not the actual part that connects the two sides) If you don't try to stretch them out to aggressively you shouldn't have any problems though. 2. They are waaaaaay to tight. I am really trying to get used to them or stretch them out a little but I get a headache within about 2 minutes of wearing them. 3. As mentioned the highs aren't all that great but can be fixed with the device you are using.

What Are You Waiting For? You Need These!
Whatever you do, don't waste your money on any other wireless headphones. You're just throwing your money away. How on Earth can companies charge what they do for headphones? Bluedio has this figured out and has hit a home run with these! I was getting ready to pull the trigger on the Sony wireless headphones when I saw a mention for these elsewhere and opted to do a little research. Based on what I read and the price point, I decided to take a chance on $30 wireless headphones. Man, was I glad I did! Included is a USB charging cable and a cable to use as direct wired headphones. A simple instruction manual is also included. One thing, I would love to see them include is pouch or carrying case for them. Straight out of the box, I had them paired with my phone in less than 20 seconds. Cued up a couple tracks and viola! music at my fingertips. The frequency response is nice. Just enough highs to let you know they came to the party and plenty of lows with a dash of mids thrown into the mix. I tired several different genres and they all sounded great. I would compare the sound to that of the Sony's with "ExtraBass". These definitely beat out many headphones costing a hundred dollars and up. They beat the hell outta Beats, bop on Bose and crush Skull Candy. When I compared these to the wireless Hesh 2 by Skull Candy, I found the bass lacking in the Hesh 2's. The Hesh 2's have better high end frequency response but, are almost totally lacking in low range frequency. The sound of the Hesh 2's wasn't bad but, I definitely preferred the more subdued high end frequencies and low end grunt of these Bluedio Turbines. Hard to say exactly what you would prefer as what pleases the ear and mind are totally subjective. Objectively speaking, these will provide very good sound quality at a price that won't offend you. One thing others have noted is the left side seems to be weak and will break where the slider adjustment is. I will keep an eye on this and report back anything if mine should break. I am exercising caution when putting them on and taking them off. Hopefully, Bluedio has read complaints about this and is addressing the issue. One other thing to consider is getting the folding type instead. Those may hold up better over time since that joint is made to fold. I have read other reviews and this seems to be a common problem for other brands in this in the price range. These also permit you to make and answer calls from them although, I do not intend to use them for that. If you are looking for wireless headphones, throw these in your Amazon cart and give them a whirl. If you try them and don't like them, at the very least they make an awesome gift for the friend or relative in your life. They'll have no idea you only spent $30. I've already ordered a second pair for work.

Excellent Headphones but not for recording.
There was some bad feedback about these, but not enough to dissuade me from trying them. I will say that for the price they are absolutely stunning. I am an audio engineer and musician, and I am very particular about how I listen. Do these color the sound? Yes, a little. I would not use them to mix, but the coloration actually enhances the sound with rich, punchy bass and nice clear highs. They passed the Steely Dan audio test! Now, the caveat. I bought them for recording/tracking in the studio. I was tired of stepping on wires, getting tangled, etc. while recording. I also wanted to use them when I'm on concert tour for practicing in my room. Bad news - they are bluetooth. There is a delay between signal leaving the audio device and your ears. The delay isn't as bad as cell phones, but it's enough that what you play or sing into the recording device while listening on the phones is way out of sync with the pre-recorded material. I had to send them back as they were unsuitable for my purposes. I replaced them with Senheiser HDR 110 wireless phones which use a no delay process. They are about twice the price, but do the job. All that being said, for the money, the Bludio phones are excellent for just listening on your iPod, they work for phone conversations too as they have a mike and all the audio controls on board (answer, summon Siri, stop, play, vol + -, etc.) I give them two thumbs up! Just don't try to record with them.

More than average sound, robust product, but not good for big-headed people
This review is taking place after 5 days of use... Pairing the headphones with my Android phone, my iPad, and my Mac computer was flawless. A few users reported that they had issues pairing this product with their devices, and based on my experience, I think that their issues are related to that they did not read the instructions manual. I first tried to pair the headphones as I have paired others on the past, and it did not work... It has a unique way of activating pairing mode and reconnecting later on with your devices. So, piece of advice: READ THE MANUAL. Moving on to the sound, in a 1-5 scale, I would give it a 4+. I love the sound of the bass on these headphones, but not the high pitch sounds - fixed by equalizing the sound on my device. Overall size of the headphones is adequate and great. Buttons/controls are well placed, intuitive placement. Buttons feel like that they will break within a year of use, though. The big negative for this product, which is the reason why I am returning them, is that it does not fit well on big heads, like mine. :-) I have kind of a rectangular head and these headphones kill my ears in less than 10 mins. after wearing them. They do not fully cover my ears either, because they have absolutely no adjustment at the ear level. They are just a massive piece of material with no swivel capability. Just adding that swivel capability would make these headphones a looooooot better and I think that that extra feature would not cause me any pain in my ears and would cover my entire ears too, which was the main purpose of buying these.

These headphones are great. Quite exceeded my expectations
These headphones are great. Quite exceeded my expectations. Looked at many models on amazon, trying to find a good affordable pair under $50. The build quality is great, materials are nice, lightweight, design is great. Sound quality very good and gets loud. Battery life great, and even shows how much battery is left on an iPhone next to the bluetooth icon (probably works on other smartphones, too). If you are looking for great headphones, you won't be disappointed, even if price isn't a consideration. Not much else to say except they look great, feel great, good quality sound, and substantially cheaper than any similar quality headphones I've seen anywhere.

Old ones were better.
I had a pair of these for YEARS that were WONDERFUL. Excellent sound, excellent fit. I was really impressed, I felt I had a steal but they were starting to show their age and due to a couple accidents the band had broken in a couple places so I reordered intending to crack these open when the old ones gave up the ghost. I ordered in June....the old ones died in August. These new ones are CRAP. They can only pair to one device at a time. The old ones could do 2. I could go from my apartment to the next door neighbors and still listen or talk. These ones can barely make it to the next room. The old ones had beautiful sound. These new ones crackle, snap and hiccup the sound worse than dollar store ear buds after they go through the wash. About the only praise I can give these are that they still have decent battery life. I am NOT pleased.

BEST PURCHASE BY FAR!!
Love it so much!! The sound and bass on here is amazing! I would definitely recommend. It's so convenient if you don't want to plug it in with your phone just connect with Bluetooth which is quick and easy.

Paired no problem.
I got to love it. Except for the bass. They should not enhance to the bass without an option to remove it. However I give it 5 stars anyway because it was clear in the description and the comments that the bass was enhanced. Works plugged in also with a jack, in which case the bass is normal, or so I believe, because the headphone power is off when connecting by wire. Yes the battery lasts long, very long. Also if you bring the jack with you, then you can always plug the headphone into your mp3 player directly.

Excellent! Worth every single penny
The headphone is really awesome. First time when I check it on internet I was thinking it a very low profile product but it's really a tiger in a dockey's skin. Excellent battery backup it's gonna be a month more and I use it everyday for more than 3 hours and you not gonna believe it I have charged it only once that to the time when it came to me still it's running without charging am waiting for it to get dead. About the out am an audiophile and it really satisfied more than my expectation. I have a Bose and audio techica but I feel it good and comparing those and the bass is drampatically awesome. It isolates but not much. Worth money product.
