Perfect
This play set is amazing! Perfect and high quality materials. Assembly takes a bit but clear directions.

Assembly takes a while, but well worth it.
Was a little skeptical ordering this because of the low number of reviews and a couple of bad reviews. However, we had no issues with assembly and our daughter absolutely loves it. The instructions suggest average assembly time at 6-8 hours, and that seems accurate. My wife and I worked together and it took us around 6.5 hours. None of it was particularly challenging or complicated, there are just a lot of pieces. Building it again a second time, maybe we could do it 30-60 minutes faster. I was very impressed with the quality of wood and hardware. If there's any complaint at all, it's that the roof alignment could be marginally better. To get the roof aligned well, it takes someone applying quite a bit of downward pressure when screwing the two pieces together. Plastic pieces are not pre-drilled, but drill locations are clearly marked and are extremely easy to drill out. Per one of the other review, I do not understand how you could break a drill bit on the plastic (or the wood for that matter). We did not have any missing or damaged pieces. The full set arrives in 5 boxes and seems appropriately packaged. The assembled product is very sturdy but light enough that we built 95% of it in our garage before carrying it out to the yard and attaching the slide and ramp. We caught this on sale from 20% below the normal price, which made it an easier purchase decision. Given the quality of materials and the joy it's already brought our family in 2 days, I could stomach the full price. Assuming all the materials arrive in good condition, don't let the other reviews scare you away. Yes, it does take a long time to assemble, but it should be straight forward for anyone with a moderate DIY skill level and some patience. My wife, daughter, and I are extremely happy with this purchase.

Love this versatile playset for physically handicapped grandchild.
I gave this great playset to a couple of my grandkids and their Dad put it together down in the basement so they had a place to play when it was snowing or raining. It took him a solid 6 hours to assemble but all the pieces were included. Their imaginations went to work and they pretend it’s a boat sometimes and other days they pretend it’s a drive-up McDonald’s or Fort. Since one child is physically handicapped, the ramp and smaller elevation to get to the top of the slide have made it more accessible. The wood part is nicely smoothed on the edges. I also bought them a long echo phone, small chair, cash register and treehouse mail bucket so the boys can talk to each other and then they store anything they don’t use in the handy drawer below. I guess the drawer could also be used for balls or sand. The only problem is the height of the slide at the bottom is a bit high, so they have put a thick pillow/pad at the bottom, but it’s often used for cars to roll down so it’s not too big of a problem. Highly recommend for indoor or outdoor play but I cannot vouch for how well the wood will hold up outdoors.

Buy it!
I have searched and read many reviews on Play houses with a slide, that would be suitable for a two-year-old who would have room as she grows to play in it for a while. This playhouse is really nice and big enough for two little kids to play in it. It’s about 6 feet tall and very sturdy. The slide is a good size, the wood is already weather treated, It comes with instructions on how to treat the wood throughout the year to keep it nice looking so that you have the Playhouse for quite a while. My kids absolutely love this Playhouse and I am so happy I purchased it. It’s very cute. Very sturdy and I love the storage drawer that comes with it. ***Be prepared to spend a whole day, putting it together. Use a power, It’ll help the time go faster. Also be prepared for it to be shipped in multiple boxes. I received it all at the same time, but there was about 5 big boxes that I received all together.

Perfect Toddler Playset
This is a nice sized playhouse/play set for toddler! It is very cute and my 2 year old is loving it so far. It says for ages 3-8 but I think ages 1-6 is more appropriate. It is pretty short so I don’t think older kids would be able to fit in or enjoy this. The build took about 6 hours with 2 people and would’ve gone faster if we had found the large paper instructions on the back of the door sooner (oops). Trying to read directions off your small phone screen is not recommended. It takes a long time to just locate the pieces and hardware you need so I would recommend sorting things and spreading out as much as possible when you first unbox the pieces. I bought this on sale for a little under $500 so I think it is a good value considering there is a lot of wood pieces and thick plastic that lasts a long time.

Perfect for small areas
We got this for our almost 3 year old son. Our yard isn’t the biggest and we didn’t want to get something that would over take the whole area. After much research we found this one and got it while it was on sale. This took my husband and dad all day to put it together. When people say there are many parts they aren’t joking. It’s definitely a two person job. Be sure to follow all instructions and don’t skip anything. Also be sure to have your own drill bit for the handles. This shipped in 5 boxes. I was a little disappointed in the kitchen feature which is why I only gave 4 stars. The faucet comes out very easy, and there’s no stickers or anything for it. Other than that it seems like a high quality play set. Should last a long time.

Great structure!
After reading the reviews i was dreading the lengthy assembly, overall it took my boyfriend and I around 2.5-3h all together. My boyfriend would assemble while i prepared and found the pieces for the next step. The wood pieces were well identified but were hard to find due to the amount of pieces there were to sort through. Our son hasn't had the chance to play with it yet as we just assembled it today, but he is 15 months and this felt like a good choice for him as it doesn't have any complicated steps or anything that felt too dangerous for his age.
