I never leave reviews. Ever. But I am for this because this cover is 10/10. We have 2 little kids and our couch was disgusting. Didn’t want to drop a grand to buy a new one for it to get disgusting again. Bought this hoping to get another year or two from the couch. It now looks amazing!!! Assembly is a 2 person job and probably took us 2 hours. But it was pretty straightforward and no major challenges. Had 2 beers and made a night of it. Highly recommend! Did use a staple gun to tighten some spots but the Velcro is good.

It took me forever to break down and get this cover and now I'm disappointed I waited so long. Is it "easy" to put on, it's not easy but the YouTube video, alone, is enough to make it a fun experience. (The video is hilarious, by the way). You have to take off the sides and back to get the cover to fit. You have to poke holes in it to get the screws through (all covered in the video). Don't let this stop you. If you want a cover that truly fits like a glove and doesn't look cheap, this is the one, you just have to put in the work. It isn't hard to put on, it just takes a while to get the couch apart and to yell at the dogs to stop licking you while you do it. It is thick fabric so as you put it on you have to go down evenly on both sides. That adds to the custom fit though. I got the orange one and it is this reddish, coralish, orange. Absolutely lovely. The covers have straps on the bottom to hold them taunt. They are machine washable. Don't mind the pillow in the middle as it is a replacement and so doesn't fit as snuggly as the original, thanks to my malinois. Just buy it already. Don't even wait on it to be on sale. Do it. Click it. Do it.

Love this! I was thinking of replacing my IKEA couch because it was so discolored and I always hated the ugly grey color. I saw this cover on Amazon and was skeptical of the reviews but thought it was worth the gamble. I use this couch in my lanai for my grandchildren when they come to visit. My husband and I spent about four hours redoing the couch. You definitely need two people to do this project. The results were amazing. I love it. What a great product. We did use a staple gun to get the fabric tight but you can’t tell it’s not original and now it looks like a brand new couch.

Great fit and quality! Totally changed our living room style and vibe with this cover. Thick, feels high quality. Good for houses with pats (we have a dog, easily cleaned). The video is incredibly helpful, and though it takes some time to put the cover on, it is feels very sturdy afterwards.

Our eight year old Friheten was peeling and leaving blobs of black leather surface all over, so some kind of cover was necessary. My spouse and I are both pretty handy, and working together, it took us almost two hours (three if you count ironing out the worst of the fold lines). It's definitely a hassle, as it requires almost fully disassembling and re-assembling the couch, as well as cutting holes for the bolts to go through. Ours DID come with the piece to cover the trundle pullout cushion. PROS: The couch looks fantastic. As other reviewers have shown, it's not baggy the way most slipcovers are, it looks like the couch came this way. We didn't have the problems some reviewers did with the velcro; everything fit perfectly and was well labeled. CONS: A giant pain to install. The fabric is scratchy, heavy polyester, so the couch isn't as comfortable as it was. The install video is heavy on reassurance and light on helpful information (there are no paper instructions). Also, worth noting that the Master of Covers website, if you choose to buy through them, has many more fabric options and colors. I sort of wish I had spent the extra $ and gone that route, but I am happy with what we got. I really hope the fabric holds up; I'll update my review if it doesn't last, because it's too much of a hassle to redo.

Because covers! The fabric is amazing. A little bit hard for one person to do the whole project but it’s worth it! I love it! 100% recommended!

I watched the video from the website several times before even buying this. I knew I was going to have to cut my own holes. that said, this was extremely difficult to put back together for just one person. Because the holes are just slits, it was very difficult to fit the screws in while lifting one part of the couch with one had and pushing in the screws through the cover slits and the original holes in couch with another. Took me well over three hours just to put it back together. Most of the covers fit easily with any hassle. But the small side “arm rest” was very snug and took a long time to get it in there. Also, There was definitely a few errors when they added on the straps to the covers. some of the straps were the correct length. But for some of the covers they definitely were too long and not functional. it didn’t really matter so I just installed it anyway without strapping it. The material is not very soft- kind of the same material you would find on patio furniture. It at least seems durable. I got the navy blue color. It is definitely not the deep navy color I was expecting. It looks more like a denim blue. All in all, the couch still looks great. It looks like I got a new couch. I do not see myself ever taking the cover off to wash it because it was such a hassle to put it together. The bed cover was included (although the straps were the wrong size). I honestly don’t know if any other brand has a better looking cover for this couch.

I ordered from a different company and it didn't arrive, so paid the extra to get this one instead. I'm happy I did. I was dreading the fact I had to take the couch apart to put the covers on, but with the video, it was extremely easy. I managed to do it by myself. It looks like I bought a new couch! Multiple people have commented on it in a positive way.

I would say this is definitely a two-person job, and having a torch handy is useful when it comes to the reassembly. We had debated whether to buy a new guest bed or keep our IKEA sofa bed, but we are so pleased with the finished result. It genuinely looks and feels like we have a brand-new sofa — despite the fact that the sofa bed was originally bought from IKEA back in 2015! The only thing that couldn’t be re-covered was the pull-out fabric handles. To be honest, this wasn’t an issue for us at all, as we simply tucked them in. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the transformation. A fantastic way to give an old sofa bed a completely new lease of life, without replacing it.
