Great quality

This is the only wet dog food my vet will recommend, based on veterinary science. My dog has changed since we've started feeding it to him about 2 years ago. While he was always eager for dinner, now when I open a package of this he starts whimpering and running circles around me, impatiently waiting for me to get it into the dish. It's hilarious. I rarely see him this excited. I still mix a couple of teaspoons of quality dry kibble in it, just so he gets some crunch and something to help prevent tartar buildup. My only concern is that he wolfs it down so quickly because he loves it so much. He totally licks his bowl clean. His coat is shiny and he has more energy than before. He's a member of the household so it feels good to make sure he is getting quality nutrition that he clearly loves. Could I get something cheaper? Sure, but why not give him something he looks forward to and enjoys for a little bit more. Not even close to the cost of feeding a human.

My dog enjoys it so much, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m feeding him something healthy and nutritious. The texture and smell are great, and it’s easy to serve. I will definitely keep buying this — highly recommend it!

My Pit has a sensitive stomach and loves to eat poop. Of course the only food items she loves are chicken, cheese and butter...all the dairy that is not good for her. So, our Vet recommended Just Food For Dogs( he practically guaranteed it)...which she will not eat. We have tried Nom, Fresh Pet, Crafted by humans and still she doesn't like it...so, scrambled eggs for breakfast and the rest is trial and error...but, I have to say the Just food for dogs has great vegetables and looks excellent. The only drawback is that when you order online you get several packets and if the dog doesn't like it, you are stuck

They have changed the recipe and did not announce it. The food used to look good, now it is a sort of pink color. My dog has been sick from it. The photo has not been changed on the box to reflect the new formula - been feeding this to my dog for years - no anymore! Stay away from this food and this company for your dog's sake. Too expensive to have this kind of issue!!!

Everything seemed pretty good right now

We have two dogs. One will eat almost anything and the other one is extremely picky. It use to be a struggle to get her to eat her kibble until we tried this food. We do half Just food for dogs at each meal for each dog and they love it. Both now get excited for breakfast and dinner. I also like that it comes in small cartons and that it’s nutritious. Some of the wet food we’ve tried has been too soupy or has a weird smell. This one is not soupy and the smell is tolerable and I’m someone who is very sensitive to smells. The only thing that I’m not a fan of is the price. If it wasn’t so expensive we’d probably switch to just this food but at about $7 a box which lasts us 2 days on our current feeding schedule, it just isn’t feasible.

I started feeding this food when one of my dogs was very ill. She wouldn't eat much, but if I added this food , she would eat. I have continued to buy this food occasionally when I see it on sale. I like to keep some of the chicken and white rice recipe on hand at all times in case my dog ends up with an upset stomach. My current dog loves all food, but she especially loves when I add some of this food to her kibble. I've tried a bunch of different formulas from this brand and my old dog loved the venison version the most. That formula is very expensive though, so I have been buying my remaining dog the less expensive formulas. I'm very grateful for this brand overall for helping my dog when she was so sick. It made me happy to be able to feed this brand to her and watch her enjoy eating her food.
