Buy P90X Interval X Plus and ABS/Core Plus from desertcart's Movies Store. Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: There isn't anything fancy about this workout - it's pretty bare bones interval training with complex (multi-muscle) movements. However, if you like Tony's style and you're willing to push yourself a bit, you might like rotating this workout into your P0X schedule or another similar routine. I use it as an alternative to Kenpo X or Plyo X, partly because it's a bit lower impact than Plyo, and partly just to mix things up a bit. The two people who join Tony in this workout both demonstrate very good form and are good models to follow. For several exercises, one of them demos a modification of some sort. The workout basically consists of 15 full-body cardio exercises, each of which you do for one minute. There are no breaks between exercises. After the first 15 minutes, you get a short water break, and then you repeat the same 15 exercises but in reverse order. Review: good. really.

Very challenging but worth every penny. Love how you perform the exercises in reverse - you start and end with the same
