I’ve been taking this supplement daily for nearly one week now, and I’ve noticed a real improvement: less bloating after meals, more regular digestion, and generally fewer stomach upsets. Before I started, I often felt sluggish, with occasional gas and mild cramps — now these issues have almost disappeared. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, even when taken on a busy workday (I’m often coding late and eating at odd hours). I also appreciate that the formula seems balanced — not an overpowering dose, but enough to make a noticeable difference. Granted, it’s not a miracle — I still try to eat balanced meals and avoid overeating. But as a daily digestive support supplement, I think this is a very reasonable, effective choice.

I've had stomach issues for years. I'm uninsured so I have to figure thi go out for myself. This product is amazing. It cut my acid reflux more than in half. Everything feels better. I'm a fan and will reorder. Thanks to the makers!!

This product helps with stomach gas and bloating, but the help is not instant. The instructions say to allow 90 days of use before expecting results. In another section, it says the symptoms remission period is seven days. Yet another section states an improvement period of 4 to 6 months. I found the conflicting information confusing. The packaging of this product has a false bottom to make the packaging look bigger. Then you open the box and see the tiny bottle sitting halfway up in the box. Not a good first impression. Good product but not enough qty in some case. I usually buy 2 per month and my wife takes 2 per day, some doesnot have enough 30counts per bottle.
