Very pleased with this frame. Instructions were concise and easy to follow and it worked as expected. The remote is a little limited so you have to be pretty close to make it work, but that's not a big issue. All in all, we're pleased. It's fun to relieve all the memories.

Love that I can put my vacation photos on the USB drive and watch them over and over. Haven’t used the motion sensor so not sure about that. I have it set for original size photos and to come on at 9 am and off at 9 pm. Only thing is when it comes back on in the morning the picture is split so need to shut off and back on to display correctly. Not sure why after being off all night it don’t come back up correctly. I am thinking that there is a setting that I am missing but haven’t figured it out yet.

PROS: Price / value. Screen is fairly clear from all angles. Color is a tad green but okay. Has audio. Lightweight. 4 foot fixed power cord. (No adapter) Has remote. Can be controlled by buttons on the back. Takes SD card or thumb drive. (Micro SD card can be used with an adapter. Can play music along with the photo mode. Black frame looks good. Can be hung on a wall or you can add the stand adapter. Picture speed can be 5 sec, 15 sec, 30 sec or one minute. Can play videos. Easy to understand directions. Menus are mostly intuitive. CONS: Can't play photos and videos at the same time. Unacceptable. Cheap materials, including remote. Very stiff cord. No slot for the remote on the back like most electric picture frames. Overall it's okay for the price.

I had previously ordered a digital foto frame with wi-fi, but found I couldn’t load images except wirelessly, via an annoying app, through my iPad. And only one at a time. There was a port for a “micro” SD card, but for some reason (customer service was “generic” and didn’t have answers) it could not detect files loaded from my computer. This frame is a “throwback” I suppose. No wifi. It reads SD cards as well as USB devices. It also turned out to have adjustments (remote control) for brightness and saturation, in short everything that I needed. I am very happy with it so far.

I got this for my elderly father who does not live close by. I uploaded pictures of my children throughout the years and he absolutely loves it! It was easy to download pics. I just saved them on an SD card and saved the file on my computer. I add pics to the main file and update a second SD card and when I go visit, I simply switch them out then update that one next time. The device itself is easy to use also. Stick the SD card in and it plays automatically.

I put pictures on an SD card and they showed up no problem but then I kept getting this "decode error" as pictured, it seemed to be when it wanted to change to another photo like that photo was invalid? I didn't do anything about it cos it wasn't all the time and would then go to the next picture. A bit later I tried to add some more photos and a lot of them displayed in this corrupted way (also pictured) with yellow/red/jagged streaks down the photos. This isn't something I can tolerate as easily but unfortunately my return window had already closed. I tried a different SD card, didn't help. All the file types are exactly the same as they are all photos taken with my phone but for some reason some work and some don't. Aside from those issues I thought it was ok. If you put it vertical the pictures change orientation but the clock does not, which I thought was very stupid (as you can see the error is still horizontal too). The instruction booklet that came with the product only covers setup and had zero information on errors or troubleshooting. Save yourself the headache and splash out for a better quality product.
