Good price and good value
Very pleased with the purchase. Chain is as advertised and the only drawback is that the catch and hook are a bit bigger than I realized, so you need a bigger bail to be able to use it so not as adaptable as I thought. However it is nice and thick, which is great as is better than the flimsy ones that come with your expensive necklace from the jewelers. Would highly recommend if you are looking for good value on a replacement chain.

Didn't last
I loved this product; it was just what I was looking for, but I had this product for a little over a year and it did not hold up. Wore it only when I went out (about once a week) but eventually it just fell apart. Did not catch on anything or get pinched it just broke when I was taking it off one day.

There is no way that it wasn't packaged that way. Shipping could not destroy it to that point. Literally hundreds of pieces.

How to contact seller
I really like this chain. Well, I did until it broke. The seller seems to be available for replacements but I can't seem to find how to get in touch with them. I'm hoping this review will get a response.
