Great Probiotic!!
Ever since I heard about probiotics and the health benefits of taking them everyday, I have been on the lookout for a good one. Effervess - Replenish has met my needs! Effervess Probiotics
I'm taking these with the hope to help me heal my gut for Hashimoto's. I really like that these don't need refrigeration. They seem to work well. I don't have any side effects. I've been taking them for a week. I'm taking 3, three times a day. After a month I will drop to just 3/ day for maintenance. Hopefully I will continue to feel improvement.

A probiotic to help with candida
14 Probiotics And 6 Digestive Enzymes! This is germ warfare at its best! The berry flavor is quite tasty. I often experience symptoms of candida and taking 2 of these after each meal has helped relieve those symptoms. I am so glad I found this product.
