Bought these patches for my leather car seat. They seem to work just fine and the match was pretty good. I cut a pattern for the area I needed to patch and then just peel and stick. I have purchased them a second time because they peeled up from sliding in and out of the seat. I think I may glue them down this time.

I used this to cover my Bible binding that was falling apart. For my purposes, it works wonderfully as a reinforcement and adds to the looks and character. The adhesion is strong and solid. The piece is thicker than I expected but also smaller than I expected, but it turned out to be the perfect size for my Bible. If you want it to look like it is part of your product, it will not provide that because it is thick. But for a book binding reinforcement, I am SO glad I didn’t get book tape or Scotch/3M tape! It’s great to use when you don’t have the time or money for a complete recovering at the time; good for a quick fix. Seems like it will last a while.

The Leather was a PERFECT Match to my Sofa which is a big Plus. It is also very easy to use, just cut & paste. I understand Thickness could be a sticking point for some, but I think thickness is adequate for it to last , especially for a serious tear. I've seen a thinner patch before but adhesion is bad and won't last long. My major dislike is roughness. I wish the leather could be smoother, which will make it a PERFECT leather patch.

This material was exactly what I was looking for to repair a torn section of a leather wrist-rest build into my desk computer drawer. It is very sticky, thick and strong, and looks good. Not a perfect match for my preexisting leather, but very close and it looks like leather to a degree I doubt one could distinguish it from looks alone. It is thick, so the patch will not be invisible. This might be a drawback on a piece of furniture. But for what I used it for, it was fine. And that's the consequence of it being tough an durable, which is important.

This vinyl patch is attractive, and matches my convertible top. However, the adhesive on the back is not strong enough to adhere to the vinyl top. As soon as I put the top down, the patch came loose, and it will no longer securely adhere. I may try an industrial-strength adhesive on it next.

My car seat was wearing pretty bad. The plastic was cracking and I had used black duct tape at one time. I went ahead and bought these as they were not expensive and matched the interior of my seats anyways. Works great! Apparently I had more damage to my seats that I previously suspected so I will have to buy a few more of these sheets. It's perfect for little jobs and it seems to hold up well in the heat.

I have two holes in my leather seats in my car. I thought this would be the perfect solution. I put the stickers on and immediately the next day they peeled right off and started sticking to my clothes. So I tried to remove them, and it actually made the hole bigger. The adhesive does not work on these in a hot car. I’m very disappointed I would like my money back but I use them so that’s just a waste now.

I forgot to tKs the pic of the couch before, but it was a mess. I saw this on Amazon and decided to purchase. It's very strong and the adhesive at the back is just perfect. It's easy to install and for the price it's not bad.

Had a crack and a year in my leather seat of my SUV. Material looked very similar to what I have and it was a very good match for a VW (black leather) Covers well and easy to trim patches of needed. Adhears very well, hardly see it now. Very happy with the purchase.

I tried to fix my purse handles because they were starting to string on the sides, and the leather would not wrap well nor stick on for long. It would almost immediately unwind. Maybe if I stuck it onto a flat surface my luck would have been better.
