usually if phone comes with original there is at least half charge and mine received with 0 charge and power adapter doesn't have plastic cover also sim removal pin is damage. clearly not brand new phone and also when i switch on after charging it its goes to the home screen. this is really bad experience im usually regular purchaser but this is the first time i have experience like this

Doesn't look original, the transparent sealing doesn't seem like an original packaging (or may be opened and sealed manually), was made in Indonesia, with 2 QR codes on the box. One is not reading and the other open an unknown URL stating that the device is Original. I returned it before even opening the box.
