These grills are attractive, sturdy, easy to install, and made to do the job. They fit the space just right and add peace of mind for protection from rodents that might want to invade a crawl space. Practical solution.

I did not want to pay $15 for crawlspace vents. Fifteen bucks...really? Well, I have some field mice that have been chewing through my screens and sneaking into my crawlspace. After spending the money and installing these, no more rodents. Sigh, you get what you pay for and these are really, really nice. They look terrible bolted onto the outside of a house so I bolted them to the inside of the cinder block leaving the decorative vents on the outside. It was a good solution. I DO WISH that Tjernlund would make a fitted vent screen that fits INTO the normal vent slot. It would look better and I'd pay $30 for that.

They come in pairs, and one slides over the other to adjust for any width. Openings in grid are perfectly sized to admit Tapcon screws, so secure mounting is easy. Steel gauge is heavy enough that no support or frame is needed. And they are easily painted.

We have a several 14" x 8-1/2" crawl space vent openings. These steel covers worked well for each openings. These covers are well made. Shipment was on time. Packaging was good. Material is sturdy and the screws included worked well. We are very pleased with it.

Just a thin piece of stamped sheet metal! Pretty disappointing for something claiming to be so "sturdy"!I really expected a substantial piece of metal grate for this exorbitant price!

These did great covering my crawl space holes. We have iguana's in our yard and wanted to keep them out of the crawl space. They will dig holes in your concrete walls otherwise.

I like that these stop the rodents from getting in, as the little buggers chew right through the screen in the vents. However, if you are are putting them inside the vent opening, most openings are roughly 16" x 8", so you'll have to cut them down to 8" high with a pair of metal cutting snips. If you're just covering the vent, you're good to go.

The media could not be loaded. These are of the utmost quality. Extremely sturdy. I'm actually very impressed! I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

Too expensive for what you get and Il’m going to have to put bug screen under it to keep out bugs. Wasn’t happy and didn’t ship when promised.
