I'm looking for sample size bottles for hot sauces. Can I pour hot liquid in these and then cap off or submerge in a hot water bath for 10 minutes?

I'm not sure I'd submerge these bottles. If water got through the threads of the lid, the foamy "seal" that sits in the lid would be compromised. For your purposes, you wouldn't need the orafice reducer, either, I would think. These bottles are QUITE small.

Theses are very small and it is ideal for non food products such as essential oils, or perfume. Not sure what food you’re trying to put inside this container but I would refrain from doing that.
