Can i screw these to my temples so i can see if someone is sneaking up on me?

This is the wrong bracket for your installation. You need the one with two bolts on each bracket and a removable bottom. Mine work great.

what is return policy if does not work (do I pay return postage)???

It's a mirror. What's not to work?

Are there replacement lenses?

No, there are no replacement lenses issued with the mirrors or as an option. However, that seems to be looking a gift horse in the mouth. These are sturdy mirrors that can withstand considerable abuse. With a minimum of care, they will last for years.

How long will the stem last before breaking?

Haven’t had any problem with the stem breaking.
