The elastic band and garter straps are adequate for light dutie wear. The lace is nothing special. Keep in mind this is made in China, the materials used are not of high quality, but satisfactory for the price paid. The biggest surprise was that this arrived 11 days after ordered, way before the estimated delivery date of four to six weeks out.
