Extremely surprised at the overall quality of all the components in this kit!! The pricing was half of the competition's product. I was hoping it would be close. To my surprise it looks even better! I would highly recommend this Amazon seller as well as this product for you Hemi. Or you can go ahead and buy the competitors product and pay twice as much and then still have to buy add ons to finish your project. Oh yeah, the other guys has a remote control fob that they include . Correct, they do, and if you like reaching for key fobs when you're driving instead of throwing a switch which you van find in the same place every time. Go right ahead. Engineering wise you are cutting out a 9 inch piece of exhaust and then then re-clampre-clamping. With the other one you cut out a 22 inch piece of the exhaust. My point is this design appears to be a more sturdy design which adds less overall stress to the exhaust from the cats to the muffler system.. I personally am going to reinforce the install by tac welding both ends of the cutout Y pipe. By the way they polished all the pieces. Why is this important ? If you really have to ask that question then you are not a fabricator. You are an installer of other peoples gimmicks .

1.) Materials are noticeably high quality. 2.) Cut out butterfly valve makes a great seal. There is a slight amount of leakage but I have a very restrictive muffler and a supercharged 5.0 so it’s to be expected. It is MINIMAL 3.) wiring is so simple I can’t even really call it wiring. It’s literally plugging stuff in. I was VERY impressed and VERY pleased. Really made my truck have two personalities. Neighbors and girlfriend are happy now.

The electric motor has issues. Had it on for less than a week. The electric motor doesn't always work, can hear the brain click as if it had opened or closed but the motor doesn't do anything. Works good most of the time, I've opened it and closed it a total of about 8 times but out of those 8 times I've had to crawl under and tap on the motor to get it to open or close 3 of those times. Install was very easy but I expected it to work much better. Solid parts except the electric motor is sub par.

Leaks within 3 weeks of owning it

It's a good kit, it has all the fasteners and wiring and even some nice heat shrink but the weld was not complete, there was a hole in it. How did that pass inspection and how did the welder miss that? Some muffler cement is needed to seal up the welds so I guess it's not so bad.
