I love how sturdy and smooth this Gua Sha tool is. It feels cool and heavy — very professional quality. I use it for facial massage and lymphatic drainage, and it really helps reduce puffiness. Easy to clean and comes nicely packaged.

We used this tool to relieve neck pain associated with muscle tension. The tool is a perfect size to where it can be held by another helper with both hands and apply varying pressure on the muscles. The tool can be used to follow the neck muscle line down towards the shoulder and rapidly provide muscle release compared to the smaller scrapper that might take longer to produce the same results but with longer period of scrapping time. The stainless steel is nice and smooth. If using muscle releasing cream, the tool can be cleaned off easily and rapidly after the scrapping process has been accomplished. The tool has 2 edges that are smooth and sharp enough to provide the desired effect on the muscle without cutting the skin. Overall we liked the tool enough to recommend it to others who might be having neck muscle tension and are looking for fascia release.

This gua sha for hand and forearm tissue and muscle massage is exactly what was recommended by a fantastic physical therapist. It is smooth edged, a good weight and most importantly shaped to work on the muscles and fascia in my hand. And forearm. A bonus is that it came in a nice carrying case. I highly recommend the STICKON IASTM tools. I can feel it doing its job when I use it.

Note: I am a *licensed* massage therapist of 20 years. I know tools. Is this the Rock Tape tool? No. Do you want to spend over $300 for a piece of metal? Also no? I didn't think so. Therefore, this is a good option. Gua Sha is also called spooning...for a reason. It was traditionally done with [ceramic or stone] spoons. Literally. Like, the ones you can buy at Pier 1 or Cost Plus World Market for about $2 each. So y'all don't need to spend more than $20 for a tool like this, especially for home therapy, unless you have unusually large hands. This covers more area than said Asian soup spoon, and is non-porous & easy to clean, non-breakable, with well polished, smooth edges...and it costs you less than a tank of gas these days.

This massage tool is amazing. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. So my joints, Muscles and nerves are in really bad shape and I hurt all the time. I got this tool to help me with my legs to help with the planner's fatchiced in my feet, and it helps. I started using this tool on my hands because of the rheumatoid arthritis they hurt really bad. I can barely use my hands, the knuckles are swollen And going all kinds of different directions. I've been using this tool on my hands for about 5 days. My Muscles and nerves are in really bad shape and I hurt all the time. This tool has help brack up the things in my hands and it amazing how much better my hands are. I can actually use my hands again. This is going to be a daily thing for my to do to my hands.

I love this tool. I have severe osteoarthritis in several major areas including my neck, right shoulder, and lumbar regions. This tool allows me to manage the muscle spasms and pain that results from the arthritis. It gives me the ability to gently massage sore areas (in multiple ways) that I have never been able to adequately get to before. After a week or so with it I am still discovering different ways to use the tool. The weight of it seems just about right and the shape gives me precision control that I appreciate. Additionally, I am exploring areas of my body that I have neglected - such as my jaw. What a relief to begin to relax these special places. This is going to be a long time companion.

Before I bought the gua sha, I had no idea if it would lack sturdiness or have edges too sharp for practical use, but it has proven easy to use, plenty sturdy, and designed perfectly for comfort and effectiveness. I'm a little afraid of using it as you'll see the experts do in online tutorials: they'll often scrape the skin until they draw not just red marks, but what look like skin welts. We use it gently, and that seems to work fine. The Stickon has both fine quality and a good price; I don't know that a more expensive version would work any better.

There is nothing I don't like about this tool. It is SO easy to hold, and perfect for broad application. This rivals tools that are MUCH more expensive. Easy to clean, easy to store (nice bag), and gets the job done! I have bought equipment 10 times the price, but I find myself using this tool the most.

Unfortunately far too small—more suitable for children's hands! Many edges are not rounded off! Returns are excluded, even though a 30-day return policy is displayed!

This is a great tool for myofascial release. All the contact edges are smooth and polished. It fits in my hand better than other skinnier tools. Doesn't slip even with greasy hands.

Item arrived 3 days before quoted, was packaged throughly and came with a nice leather case that was not advertised. I used it to attempt a self IT band release. With this tool shear force can be applied to tissues to help free them up. Only compression can be applied with foam rollers and lacrosse balls making them ineffective for some issues. Do a bit of research on how to use it before attempting anything. I would call the expierence painful but effective. I would advise a good massage oil and a few whiskeys with the use of this tool.
