Good quality
My kid loves this. We got it for his 8th birthday and 3 years later he still loves it. It's easy for him to see and count his money. It holds lots of bills and coins. It's easy to store

Super cute Pig coin bank!
Super cute heavy duty plastic pig bank! Keeps track of coins added. Only issue I see is when you lose battery power, not sure it will have last amount..

Accuracy Problem
It doesn't always recognize the correct coin. It sometimes says a quarter is 50 cents and it may not recognize a dime at all. But, my kid loves it so....๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ

Malfunctioning right out of the box
Worked great at first. My son put in all his change and it counted great. A few minutes later, he found more change, and when we put it in it wasn't counting anymore. No matter what coin we put in it stayed at 14.38. I hope I figure out why because it's irritating to have it malfunction right out of the box. Get what you pay for, I guess.

My grandson loves his piggy
My 2-yr old grandson received this from me and the look of delight on his face was a joy to see. We were at a local restaurant and we showed him how to put coins in it. He spent most of the time we were there hugging it and showing it off to the waitress serving our table. She thought he was so cute that she even gave him a couple of coins to put into it. When. he got home, he wanted to sleep with it and the next day, he decorated it with some of the stickers in his collection. Not the most expensive gift we have ever given him, but considering how much he loves his piggy, worth every penny.

Bought for a 2 yr old
My nephews wife posted on social media how their 2 yr old fell asleep with a find in her hand and role up frantically looking gif it in the morning. And talked about his my h their little one loves money. So I wanted to get her a piggy bank because she also loves farm animals. I felt this one was great for a toddler. She can open and close it easily and pour out her money and put it back in on her own. I donโt know how accurate the digital display has worked for them. Is all I know is when I see her, and hold up a coin, I have her full attention. Her eyes get big and a smile comes across her face! She really LIVES money! Lol. And they tell me that seeing the numbers displaying, she is learning what each numeral is. And she will say โfourโ or โtwoโ while pointing g to the display. For the price it was the perfect toy piggy bank for her! And now I give her coins whenever I see her.

Cute piggy bank, worthless counter
PROS: The piggy bank is a cute little plastic bank. It can be opened at any time, coins can be removed, and it can be reused. There's no "breaking" or waste a perfectly good piggy bank. The clear aspect of it brightens my kids day when they see more and more coins filling up the bank. When it's working, the counter is accurate. CONS: The counter tends to "freeze" and reset itself showing 08888.88 across the screen. It sometimes also stops counting. The mechanism is based on width of the US coin, so of course if you're throwing foreign coins into it, it's going to be inaccurate. This is not some fancy vending machine detecting weight + width. That's the reason it bothers me that it keeps freezing and stops counting. For those having the same issue, sliding the mechanism all the way over seems to help un-freeze it... sometimes. Just make sure to credit yourself the 0.50 it will suddenly count. TL;DR: It holds coins. Coin counter only works half the time.
