A little goes a long way, it’s not greasy or messy, and it gets the job done. I’ve been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis on my face and ears for almost 20 years. To try and manage it, I’d wash my face daily with dandruff shampoo, which worked pretty well most of the time, but I'd still get occasional flare ups, especially during the hotter months. Still, it was better than anything else I’d tried until I added this cream to my routine which has been a total game changer. I’ve been applying a small amount to my problem areas every night, and not only have I avoided flare ups, but my skin has never felt so smooth. I really wish I’d foind this years ago!

My face was red burning itchy and flaked skin, I was embarrassed to go in public some days. The first time I used this it burned my face, the second time it only burned a little. Withen a week my face was healed and back to normal. I only apply morning and at night. It's truly a miracle for me. Im so happy I found this. Not even my Drs could help over the years. Great product. Red irritation and white scales gone after 2nd application. 75% reduction in redness after 1st application. 1st application had minimal burning sensation, but with no irritation. I apply cream 1-2x a day to maintain clear skin and no sensation symptoms.

Seems to help my condition. I began putting on too thick a coat too often and experienced some very slight discomfort. Lesson learned: my skin improves with this product when used very sparingly. That is a plus because obviously it will make the tube last longer.

The package has a seal under lid which I removed. I screwed on lid and squeezed and a hole open on the wrong end. Cream squirted out both ends. I assume the weak crimped end opened under pressure. I removed the cream and placed in a plastic container. I used on skin and noticed no redness or other reaction to cream on skin. I plan to use the cream but probably will look for another brand with better packaging if it works on dermatitis. For the price, I expected better container. FYI, the active ingredient is the same as the one in dandruff shampoo at lower concentration. Update: I have been using for about 1 month. I discontinued using on face due to sensitivity but it is a wonderful product for heels and feet. The bottoms of my feet are smooth with no crusty dry skin. I’ve upgraded my review based on how my feet look but container issues and facial redness are still a concern. 5 stars for feet and 2 for container and redness.

Worked exceptionally well starting with the first day I used it. The price point makes it a better buy than some of the competing products and it doesn’t smell weird either like the last competitor product I bought.

Ok, I've run the gambit from a prescription topical steroid cream paired with ketoconazole (which sorta worked) to any of about 10 different products purchased online which purported to clear up Seborrheic Dermititis (son my scalp and temples). The only other product which worked at all (for me) was one that contained sulfer. But it had such a strong odor, that I had to use it before going to bed because I couldn't stand the way it smelled. So I saw this Dermaharmony product on a Seborrheic Dermititis website and decided what the heck! Its active ingredient, Pyrithione Zinc (same as any number of dandruff shampoos) was one ingredient that I hadn't tried with other creams/ointments. Anyhoo, after about 5-7 days of using this product (along with a Salicylic acid containing face wash) my scalp and temples were nearly totally clear. I still have a few tiny bumps but you REALLY have to look closely to see them. I've been using the product twice a day for roughly a month now and can honestly say NOTHING else, even the prescription medications have worked as good as this odorless, smooth, inexpensive cream. Again, it has worked so well that anyone who didn't know I had an issue with seborrheic dermititis would never know I had a problem. The only issue I have with the cream is that my face can get a little oily later in the day. But, I have quite oily skin to start with so I can't really blame the cream. I can't recommend this cream enough if you'd tried other treatments and they haven't worked well. Again, I think it's the pyrithione zinc that's the magic ingredient for me. Good luck and Godspeed.

I just bought it a few days ago, not for me but for my little dog. Same issue as humans and no idea why. He is on a raw diet since little. We stopped the itch with them and his fears being alone. He still takes them for flea protection and still getting deep down to cure his skin issues. Do your research. You won't regret. Go visit a licensed Homeopath!! So I found out that pyrithione zinc is the only one able to kill Malessezia yeast infections and helps with seborrheic dermatitis as well. So luckily I found 2 on Amazon. The first one made him itchy so I stopped it right away and will send it back. This one instead as soon I applied it after his bath he did not even move when I applied it. And we have to apply it all around his body parts!! I dried it a bit with the hair blower and put him in his pigiama (to protect his skin from licking, scratching, works like a charm), attention: zinc should not be licked by dogs since it is toxic for them. He is doing fantastic with this lifesaver creme, even only a few days on it made a huge difference. And I feel so much better when he feels good!!
