Lovely watch, very motvating!
I got this for my birthday and I have been using about a month now. This is my first Fitbit so I can't really compare to the other models but as an individual product it is great. I bought it to encourage me to walk more and have been using it for my couch 2 5k runs, I find it seems fairly accurate and the automatic workout sensor is very cool although it did get it wrong one time and thought I was on the eliptical when I was actually running lol! but every other time it has been correct in sensing whether I am running or walking. The sleep function is very cool and seems to be accurate, I find it interesting to check each morning! The app is great although at times I can have trouble SYNCing it to my watch, it always resolves after I turn off bluetooth and reconnect but can get a bit annoying. The app is great though, you can find more in depth information about your sleep cycles, your steps, distance you've walked, your workouts and more, you can track your period and symptoms and it will predict when you are next due on, you can also track your birth conrol pills etc. I you wish you can track your calories and the food you've eaten or the water you have dank. There is a community section and you can add your friends to motivate and support each other which is very nice. There are many apps to choose from, there are apps for kegel exercises, for meditation/mindfulness, for toothbrushing etc. There is a premium function but I have not bought it, through this you have access to workouts etc but for me personally I wasn't willing to pay for it from the reviews I read it seemed overpriced. Another thing I have read is aparently the tend to break if you use them in water so be careful of that..I personally take it off to shower etc as to me it's not worth the risk. I like to use spotify through my watch when running/walking as it makes it so much easier to skip through songs rather than pulling my whole phone out! Overall I am very happy with the watch, it looks great, I got the pink colour and I love it! It looks smart and goes with every outfit and it doubles up as a nice accessory as well as being functional. It definitely motivates me to keep active and I love all the additional apps and functions, I would recommend it!

Really great smart watch
My watch arrived a few days ago. I am nearly 71 but found it easy to set up. Loads of helpful information on the internet if you get stuck. I just googled what I was looking for. I downloaded a watch face that suits me and I can see at a glance the updates on my activity. It was free! Pairing my earphones took a bit of figuring out but I had too many bluetooth apps open. Switched the phone one off and it found the earphones right away. It's fairly slow downloading music to the watch but doing a bit very so often slow time works for me. The heart monitor is reassuring at my age and setting realistic goals for steps and stair climbs a day is working well. The sleep tracker is accurate, I have always known I am a very light sleeper and this has confirmed that. I am loving the Fitbit pay function, it saves fumbling around with my phone or trying to find a debit card. My technology is all Apple but I have never had an Apple watch and would have taken that route but it is far too expensive. However, as far as I can tell the Versa 2 measures up very well for a very good price. I haven't had any issues linking to my iphone, iPad or Macbook. We are an Alexa family and have several spread over two homes and using the Alexa app is handy too. I always add to my shopping list on Alexa before I forget, lol! To summarise, would buy again, easy to use great functions.

Good, but does have flaws
Have used the charge and charge 2 fitbit previously and liked them, but decided to upgrade to this one. Much more functions available on this device and the majority work really well. Have no issues with text and call notifications coming through, however these seem to be the only ones that do show up, others don’t (e.g. whatsapp, snapchat, emails etc). The exercise functions are good and I like that it is waterproof. Alexa function is not very useful as it requires you to open the fitbit app on your phone, so it’s easier to do whatever you need to do manually. I do like how you can follow workouts on screen and the bigger screen makes it more useful for timers, alarms etc. Overall if you’re looking for a smart watch then this is not the watch for you, but as fitbits go this is my favourite yet. EDIT- had this watch for over a year now and it is almost completely unusable. Takes a good 15-20 minutes to connect to my phone, if it connects at all which it frequently does not. This means that none of my phone notifications come through as it very rarely connects to my phone. Have tried going through fitbit help but they were no use and just kept offering short term solutions. Disappointing.

So glad I upgraded
I upgraded from the Fitbit Alta because I wanted to use it for swimming and also to be able to read the Fitbit when out in the daylight which was a problem with the Alta. I'm so glad i did because the Versa 2 is so much better. Positives: Comfortable to wear. It's not a small watch but you don't feel it on your wrist. The strap feels soft an not too 'rubbery'. It was very easy to set up. I quickly put Alexa, music and all the WhatsApp, Calendar etc notifications on there. I can read it even in sunlight. It's very easy to use on the go so I can use it for swimming, set alarms, goals and timers, track water intact etc. I love having the music on there for my walking. Battery life good for at least 4 days (see below) and very quick to recharge which means it doesn't disrupt your wearing of it too much. Drawbacks: With everything on it I found it used a lot of battery on the watch and my phone which has to be in range to use some of the functions such as WhatsApp so I disabled a lot of the features that I felt I didn't need to use on the watch as they were on my phone anyway. Some users may not like that the swim function is either 'goal' to set a goal time or 'time' to log the time of your swim. It doesn't count laps. It does show half way time on a goal swim which I like. At the end of the workout it converts the swim to steps. I sea swim so counting lengths isn't important for me. I love using the Versa 2 as watch and a Fitbit. The motivational messages keep me entertained too! I would recommend it.

Pretty much perfect for a Pebble Time type
I've been a long-standing Pebble Time wearer, but wanted something a bit more up-to-date, and was interested in having heart rate measurement. Battery life is great - easily 5 days with constant use, and only an hour or two to charge back up. I need to have to my phone on me anyway during walks/runs etc. so the Connected GPS is fine for me. The app is packed full of information, although I will say the interface is a bit confusing - just try tapping on everything and there's often more data hidden behind. I'm finding the calorie budget and food logging functionality really useful and have lost a couple of pounds after only a couple of weeks. The heart rate and sleep tracking has proved more interesting than I was expecting. Screen visibility is fine indoors, outdoors. It's a bit plasticky to be honest, but I'm not really worried about the looks anyway. Notifications work well, and give you ability to clear them from the watch, and for some apps delete, open on phone etc. (I'm on Android). There are lots of guided workouts and things from the phone app that I haven't tried yet, but my free trial of Fitbit Premium hasn't convinced me it's worth £9.99 a month yet. Connectivity has been absolutely fine on a Pixel 3a (Android 10). Love the single button on the left side of the watch (I'm right-handed) - simplifies interface, and means it doesn't get accidentally pressed during press-ups, handstands etc. It's not a computing powerhouse like the Galaxy Watch Active or Fossil Wear watches in terms of app choice etc. but I personally don't want to play around with apps on a tiny screen, and not having to charge every day is the absolute clincher for me - I just don't want to find myself away from home unexpectedly for example, with a dead watch because I didn't charge it yesterday. In terms of accuracy, it definitely has a tendency to record movements incorrecly as steps - I'm a drummer, and have to take it off if I'm practicing/playing otherwise I add thousands of extra steps! However, overall I'm very impressed.

EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCT
I just love this watch. Its a quality product and it shows. I ordered a cheaper version and it nearly put me off getting something else. I sent it back, then I got this. Worth the extra money. Quality oozes from every part, even including the packaging. You do get what you pay for. Its my first time using one of these 'smart watches come trackers'. So far i'm amazed at the level of information that you get from it. I wanted to track my sleep patterns more than any other 'fitness prowess'. This does not disappoint. Easy to access menus. Great, clear screen, Brightness controls, Lets you put your own photo as a screen picture, or select from thousands of others, simply and easily. Comfortable to wear, you get 2 lengths of strap when its delivered. very easy to change. You don't get a manual included, which can be daunting when setting it up, but Excellent advice on the videos, which are part of the information you access when buying it from Amazon. You have to be quite tech savvy to find out how to start using it, i.e. accessing your settings, watch faces, fitness data, but just try using it like your mobile and start by pressing the button on the side, then slide screen across to access, things like settings, fitness data, clock faces (which only show up, when you have downloaded some of them from the app). Just swipe up, down, across to see other features. The app is excellent to use. Pair your watch to your mobile and you are away. You can also buy 'blingy' straps and change the look!

Only quality and chip!
Fantastico smartsportwatch, secondo me l'unico concorrente verso apple watch per: - Qualità prezzo - App - Funzionalità - Struttura e Resistenza all'acqua Valutate anche voi dalle foto.

A great fitness tracking device, with some smart watch features
This is the fourth Fitbit model I've tried over the past several years, and for my money it's the best. I love the way *all* my Fitbit devices both monitor and motivate physical activity and exercise, but what makes the Versa top of the line (for me) is the combination of step tracking and heart rate monitoring, and the long battery life which makes it ideal for sleep tracking too. The watch face on the Versa is a good size and brightness (AMOLED display), which makes it easy to read (I appreciate, too, the capacity to choose from a variety of watch face displays, and swap between them easily); I appreciate the fact that has on-board NFC to allow tap-and-pay with my credit cards, and the capacity to sync with my phone for message notifications. The Versa 2 also allows me to use Amazon Alexa to send voice-to-text messages - this is an improvement on the "version 1" Versa. The one down-side with the Versa (for some) is the absence of GPS tracking - it has to sync with my phone for that - the upside of this though (for me) is that this allows for a longer battery life than would otherwise be the case. Amazon provided me with a pretty good price for the Versa 2 - and I'm glad I went with the "upgrade" from my original. It really does help me to keep motivated to keep my fitness level up, which can't be a bad thing!
