Review: Great kids book - So informative and eye-catching! Review: Perfect for school - I have been using this at preschool to teach with the children. It's smaller chapter that are fun and make it easy to talk with the children about. The only negative is that the book is really big, to the pages are a bit too large.

My toddlers LOVE this book. They pour over the illustrations as we talk about children around the world. It’s so exciting to them to see the way children around the world live. They just love it!

Sparks Mature Conversation
This is a beautifully illustrated book that invites thoughtful conversation and highlights both cultural diversity and shared human experiences. I appreciate its depth and the way it encourages curiosity. That said, same-sex relationships appear throughout the book, and I personally wasn’t ready to introduce that topic to my preschool-aged children at this stage. While it’s a valuable resource, this is something to be mindful of depending on your child’s age and readiness.

Great book to teach about diversity in a respectful way
Great book to teach children about racial, cultural and even ability differences. Very eye-catching with bright and beautiful colors. I also think people are depicted respectfully and in a way that promotes empathy. I‘m planning to use it more as a guide/reference at home but also for daycare or school in the future if need be. My son is 20 months so he doesn’t find the book particularly interesting at this point in time.
