can I use this to reseal the inside of a view window on my 1500 gallon raised pond, is it harmful after cured ?

Andrew, I used it to fix a crack in my concrete garden water feature. It worked, even when applied in water. It is still doing the job two years on. It dries whiteish in colour. Sorry I cannot be of more help. EVC
