Love this/country gravy not so much.
Keep buying this as it is so good with all poultry. It is easy to prepare and the gravy texture is wonderful. The country gravy was a bit of a let down due to not thicken up and had strange flavor.

Amazing Value, Great Flavor
It's hard to believe the price point on this product. If you make the whole bag at once it makes a GALLON of thick gravy for less than $7. I was looking for a good country gravy for my home made sausage and found this. It's 22 ounces of mix for the same or less cost than 3 packets of other brands (max 6 cups of prepared gravy). I wanted to see what the flavor was like before jumping in to buy more. Made as directed it has a mild, but quite savory and perfectly seasoned flavor. Perfect as the base for many variations. I made a peppered sausage gravy with milk. But it would also make a great chicken or beef gravy with chicken or beef stock. It has a very good shelf life, but I'm refrigerating it in a plastic storage bag just to maintain best flavor. I also bought a second bag since I'm afraid someone will figure out it's under-priced...

Best I’ve found
I’ve searched for a good mix to make gravy on demand. This is the easiest and best flavor I’ve found. I add some sausage or bacon and it makes an even better end product. Perfect for me. I recommend it to many I see buying cans of sausage gravy. Hands down much better!

Not great flavor
Not happy with the flavor. The pioneer brand taste so much better,so does the williams and southeastern. I will never buy this brand again.

A very easy to use for bulk gravy, adding your cooked sausage and making with 1/2 miles all water makes. It taste more home made.

Best gravy mix for making sausage gravy.
Very easy to use and absolutely delicious. We used to make sausage gravy to go with biscuits. The compliments are numerous.

Trio Country Gravy Mix, Sausage, Just Add Water, 22 oz Bag
It comes a huge bag but I cut the recipe down for smaller batches. Its good with water, but I prefer a milk and water or broth mix instead of plain water. But both are ok. I will also add other spices to change flavor to suit mood. Quick and easy so will stock it when possible. Recommend to others.
