Highly recommend for flat feet sufferers
Iโve had flat feet all my life and have struggled with lax ligaments and loose joints, which meant constant pain in my hips and back. I bought these to support me as I started running, and the improvement has been incredible. With some perseverance, Iโve been able to resolve all those nagging issues. Iโve also noticed a real improvement in my posture and the way I walk (my gait). These have made a huge difference โ highly recommend!

Ridiculously Small
Far too small - bonkers as your foot just hangs over the edge of them, and if worn would just increase the agony of plantar facitis - they are going back pronto. Also came in a ripped box, so obviously other people have tried them and returned them! Now I find its been a total rip off and there doesn't seem to be anyway of returning them - what a con.

Comfy and they are supposed to be short
Really comfy and so far helping with my fallen arches when walking. Ignore all the foolish reviews about them being too short, they are supposed to be. If they actually read the details it says that they should sit at the base of the toes. It does feel strange to begin with but after a bit you forget about it. Need to try them on a long hike but general walking I've not had any pain

Fit not good but fairly comfortable
I was disappointed in the fit of these insoles as they are considerably shorter than my boots. However despite feeling a bit uncomfortable to start with they have got easier with use. All the writing on the packaging was in Polish or Chek but there was a sticky label with a few instructions in English. Cannot say if good value for money as it depends on how long they will last.

black
Rather large and while comfortable underneath foot - it pushes top of foot up so high top of every shoe is too tight (i have high arches) and quite unbearable.

Excellent for over pronation
I've had a few pairs of these over the years and they're excellent for supporting the arches of my feet as I suffer from over pronation. By doing this they relieve the pain in my knees.

Not so great design
As these insoles don't fill the full shoe, they slip forwards making the arch to be placed wrong and so uncomfortable causing more issues rather than solving them. I have other arch fit insoles which are only half the size of a shoe and they don't slip. As these ones are about 3/4 of the length, the ball of your foot drags them forwards almost as soon as you wear them. Standing still with them in the right position, they are comfortable, so if you're able to secure them in place, they could be okay, but personally not the best for me.

Great for planters.
Bought these for my wife as she suffers from planters, she said there better then buying shoes built with high arch in mind, she now uses them in her running shoes and her everyday trainers, brilliant value for money as there about ยฃ50 cheaper then buying specialist trainers.
