Good product. Some dolls have strange skin tones or off putting faces, but this absolutely is not that. The face is pretty realistic, without being creepy. The smaller size and soft body also makes it perfect fir my 18 month old. Definitely a great value for the price, I'm overall very satisfied.

This little baby is so cute! She’s smaller in size for a toddler. The African American one has a really pretty face. The skin color is good, on the darker side. She’s just adorable. The world needs more black baby dolls. I’m super happy for this one. The eyes are pretty and she has a sweet expression. I bought this for my home health patient’s baby sister (one and a half yrs old) for Xmas and also got her some bottles and pacifiers to go with it that I found here on Amazon. I think it’s a good value for a sweet little baby doll too. I can’t wait for her to open it! Definitely gift worthy. ❤️ I recommend this one! UPDATE: She loves her. Lightweight. Can carry her around easily. Enjoys putting her on her shoulder to “burp” after feeding her a bottle and she picking her while saying shh shh shh. So cute. Buy this for the little girl (or boy) in your life. ❤️

I purchased this doll, along with the Asian, Hispanic, and African American dolls, for preschool classroom use. I love that I was able to put together an appealing set of diverse dolls so affordably. Teacher supply catalogs sell "multicultural" sets for an arm and a leg, and the dolls are cheap, bland, and flat out unattractive. These JC Toy dolls each have a different, realistic facial expression and the detailing on the hands and feet are fantastic. They have "kid appeal", for sure! Be sure to note the size of these dolls. The description says "11 inches", but ours are closer to 10 inches from top of head to tip of toe. That's really small! However, it is a cute, quality doll for the price. I'd rather have small dolls that last than cheapy big dolls that fall apart right away. If price isn't a worry for you and you want a lifesize, high quality doll, check out the Middleton play dolls and the Molly P. Originals play dolls. But if you're on a budget, these JC dolls are a good pick. I disagree with other posters who say that these small dolls are only suited to one and two year old children. In my experience, children up to age 5 play with dolls of any size, from the Polly Pockets size up to larger-than life size! It's just like how they will play with stuffed animals of all sizes, toy cars of all sizes, etc. Most preschoolers just aren't concerned about size/scale. I wish the dolls were bigger, but I have not had a single child complain that they are too small! The only thing I really don't care for are the clothes. I ordered 4 dolls, and all had the "colors may vary" note. I was hoping for at least a little variety! All came in the exact same, pink outfit (as pictured). The quality on the clothes - especially the top - is pretty poor and they aren't going to stand up to heavy duty use in the classroom. I'm left wondering where I'll find replacement clothes for a doll this size. All in all, this is a great purchase if you're prepared for a small doll.

I bought this for my 16 month old daughter for Christmas as a first doll. It is small and perfect for her little hands. "Colors and expressions vary" refers to the outfits and the expression on the doll. My daughter's has the outfit pictured, but a different face. It has a soft, non-anatomically correct body with 1/4 of the arms and legs being vinyl. The hair is molded and tinted a bit darker than the body. Pros: *small enough for a toddler *durable *the vinyl 1/4 arms and legs, along with the head are attached to the soft body in a very durable way (appears to be stitched) *No smell *Gorgeous detail-the detail in this doll is unlike anything I have seen in the store. It is more like the collector dolls that my grandmother had. Ex, glistening pink lips, glass looking eyes, little fat roll on the back of the neck, fingernail details, palm/sole details *My daughter can't get the clothes off yet. This is a plus because at this age she just wants to strip her babies naked. An older child would have no trouble dressing and undressing this doll. Cons (none of which would have kept me from buying) * It isn't 11 inches. From the heel to the top of the head it is only 10 inches. *You can't pick the face-not a deal breaker for me, but if you bought two you might want different faces? *The Hispanic doll is much darker than it appears on my computer screen. At first I thought I was sent the incorrect race. But, Hispanic people come in all shades so it is ok. I wanted a doll to match my daughter but she is much lighter. *The soft body of the doll is a bizarre shade. *The clothes are cheap in quality, especially since the doll is of such good quality. I got rid of the hat because my daughter is too young to put it back on. For her birthday I am going to buy the 20 inch doll in Asian instead of the CPK I was planning to buy!

This little baby is small enough for my two yr old son and he absolutely loves it. I got a baby pack n play and stroller for it and he’s the best daddy ever. Tucks his baby in, makes sure he is loved and lets everyone know when he’s napping. It’s very soft and easy to clean. Smells good and is just the right size for younger kiddos.

JC toys makes lovely dolls! I’m a doll color for, but in this case, I bought this baby for my 2 year old daughter. She loves her doll. It’s a durable doll. I love that the binky cannot be removed from the doll’s clothing. The clothes are Velcro so kids can change them with ease. This doll comes with a cute rattle bunny which is super sweet. The carrying case is just cardboard, but it is durable. The baby also comes with a bottle. This is a cute little set. Highly recommend!
