Suggested sizing should allow the athlete to walk, run, and perform other knee bending exercises without being majorly affected by the compression. Athletes may choose a size down, typically a size down will fit however it may apply too much compression which can restrict blood flow.
- 3/4 LENGTH PREMIUM NEOPRENE PADDING - Thick 7mm neoprene is a highly supportive material that provides excellent rebound when stretched. These knee sleeves are a 3/4 length which means they are more suitable to bodybuilding, crossfit, and strongman exercises that require the athlete to bend the knee without being majorly restricted. Care Instructions
Knee sleeves can be placed into cold water with a light cleaning agent, allow to soak for 15 - 30 minutes. Place sleeves on a cool dry surface and allow to dry before using.
