Flour is good but not worth the long wait,I can look for better options locally!

Found bugs in the flour refund my money, Edit : it didn’t only cause me great distress but the bugs crawl out and ruined my pantry . Never ever buying again

Amazing,Keto flour atta is really a good product. One of my friend suggested me this product and i bought it. It is good for everyone and especially who is health conscious. You know what,my small son also loved the taste of the roti. If a 8years old kid loved it than you can assume how tasty is Keto flour's roti must be. As i am on diet i am happy that i found this product. Superb. Its full of nutritions. High and rich in protein,rich in fibre,gluten free and zero sugar. Thank you.

I tried this keto flour last month and became I genuinely loved it . This is literally amazing. The roti gonna look different but the taste is good and the best part is they are gluten free with zero sugar. If you are also on keto diet do try this Keto Flour you won't gonna regret. 😍

I beg you all never to waste money on this product. The smell of this is most disgusting. I lost a lot of weight because my stomach churned just recalling the smell of this horrible roti. My appetite never came back. There is a horrid stickiness to it and is not to be eaten by human beings. Even my dog barked at me. 700 rupees going down in the drain. I thought i will take my time to0 review this to help other innocent people who want to do Keto but will end up pucking and getting a horrible sensation in the stomach.

Keto Macros: From a Keto macro nutrition perspective, this is one of the few available flours in market with minimum amount of net carbs, and equally important reasonable fat to protein ratio. Fat should be the primary macronutrient in daily macros calculation on Ketosis and not Protein, as too much Protein in daily macros will kick you out of ketosis as body starts breaks protein into glucose(Gluconeogenesis). A couple of thin chapatis or ghee paranthas per day should be okay. Please check the Nutrition information carefully. Note: I would like Wellversed to provide the recognised lab testing certificate image of nutritional macros of this flour as proof. The other competing flours on Amazon have it on their product page, so i see no reason for Wellversed to withhold it. It ensures transperancy and authenticity. Usage & Taste: Keto Parantha: I used it to make thin keto paranthas(with little ghee). I also added minimum salt & ajwain to improve taste. Without them, it left an after-taste which is not likeable. The texture was ok for a keto flour and you can live with it. Halwa: I experimented making Keto Halwa with this flour(Sugarfree Stevia as sweetener). However the result was not good as this tends to be sticky. So for Keto Halwa cravings, Almond flour is better. Price: This is expensive. It can be due to ingredients & process to make it as ultra low net carbs but this is definitely something Wellversed should review, if possible, without compromising on quality, and improving it as per customer feedback, to stand out from competition. Overall View: This is decent for somebody like me who wants having parantha/roti on Ketogenic diet with minimum net carbs as compared to almond or coconut flour. I hope Wellversed addresses the opportunity areas for this product mentioned above.

The Ketofy Keto flour is very high in nutrition if we look into the nutritional values (high protein, gluten free, no sugar and high in fibre). The taste is quite different from regular flour. The binding is a bit less in this flour since its gluten-free. I tried kneading it with milk and that gives a better result. The texture is however not same as regular flour when rotis/flatbread is made out of it. But looking into the nutrition it provides, this much can surely be overlooked. Overall, I loved the product and would highly recommend it.
