This is a good recoil pad for the money, definitely made a huge difference. It’s a very tight fit. I used a little bit of furniture polish to put it on with. I would definitely recommend.

These are great. Smooth out the big caliber kick. Seem quality made. Bit of a struggle to get them on, tight fit but once on do not slip around.

Significantly helped with recoil with my 450 bushmaster. I have a plate in my shoulder and the helps. Fits extremely tight so no worries of it falling off.

I am pretty happy with the amount of padding in this accessory, but the fit is extremely tight. The cloth has some give, but it really should have more. It is made out of something like wetsuit material, and it took me almost five minutes to actually get it on the shotgun stock (Benelli Ultralight). And once there, it was almost impossible to get it aligned properly. Which is what you want, once it's in place, but it is so tight I am afraid the stitches will come undone over time. I was actually afraid of ripping the cloth just trying to get it onto the stock, which tells you how much force was involved. So, all in all, I'm pretty happy with the pad, but if you buy one for yourself, you should realize ahead of time you might need to send it back. Because if your stock is even a few millimeters wider or taller than the Benelli Ultralight, you won't be able to get it on. And in any case, you will have to be careful when you put it on the stock, so you don't tear it.

I put this on my 30-30. It has a good deal of cushioning and it is able to absorb some Recoil. It’s seems to be made of neoprene and some gel cushion. It makes shooting more comfortable. I think I will also use this on my Mosin Nagant. It fits securely and has enough stretch that it will fit a variety of “average” sized rifle butt stocks. It does not slip. The only thing was that the sleeve was a bit long for my sling swivel stud. However, it can still be used with the sling swivel, it just fits snug up against it. All in all this will be a great thing to use when introducing my kids to shooting as it will take some of the edge of the Recoil. It will help me shoot longer too. Hopefully, I can get my wife to come out shooting more often with me.

It looks like a good pad and will most certainly stay where you put it, if you have a traditional shotgun. I don't, so I can't get it to fit. It will be easy for my brother in law to install on his old pump action Remington.

Marlin 1895 45-70 - This carbine has a kick that will dent your shoulder. The pad makes it tolerable.

Neoprene, bought size small , put on old CIL breakopen single 12, was challenging to install , tried the "turn it inside out" trick (didn't work for me) so just muscled it on... won't fall off... that's the good part. Gel pad (like the bicycle seat covers) is nice and works very good...adds about 3/4" to LOP but that's minor.. we'll see longevity but at this point, I'm impressed with it. Got "wood" color... blends half decent with wood stock though much lighter in color... whatever.... you could never get (that I've seen) a proper "cut to fit screw on pad" with a gel pad like this so slip on it is.
