It was a small book without a lot of information. The majority of the information are in links that you can research yourself on the internet.

gives you a little information but you might as well spend $15 on a complete book! this is basically the information you can find on youtube and the internet. not really worth buying

Arrived relatively quickly. Unfortunately boxes dont do well in the rain. Thank you postal service/packaging. Agree with other commenter, not worth purchasing. Just search the Web for similar information. Nothing new or in depth knowledge about the food truck industry directly from this book. They got me and my money on this buy.
