I love this product. I was buying the weaker tabs in this same brand & loved them but always felt I needed an extra when I was having lots of dairy at one time:) so now I just take one. I ordered some other ones to try & each tab was individually packaged:( another darn package to try & open🙈 I like to put the tabs in a very easy to carry little container that fits on my key chains. It’s with me all the time. Just in case I pull over for a treat👍🏼

We've been buying these for a long time, but lately are finding that they "turn to dust" easily. Maybe they are more brittle or dried out than they use to be. I like to keep them in a small packet in my purse, but they quickly start breaking down and there is a lot of dust in the small container I keep them in. So they seem to "work" (eat them with dairy, with no stomach upset), but only good for sitting on the counter undisturbed. If that's how you use them - they are probably great. But if you put a few into a packet to travel with, I wouldn't recommend them.

I have been using this product for several years and would recommend it for people like me who are lactose intolerant. It's not chewable and the tablets aren't small. But if you don't mind swallowing larger pills, no problem. I was very pleased with the price on this order. It was the lowest ever. Thank you, Amazon!

I found it to be superior to other lactose intolerant tablets. It works better for me for some reason highly recommend the product. I believe it’s a good value. And I’m very pleased with how it works for me.

guys this saved me. I'm lactose intolerant and I actually live and breath for these enzymes lmao. I take 2 for anything with milk in, 1 tablet if its only a really small amount, and sometimes 3 if ive had a ton of milk (like an easter egg haha) super recommend to my other intolerant girls out there

For years, I ate an absurd ammount of cheese. For years, I was afraid to bring up that I had constant issues with my stomach and I never put 2 and 2 together for the longest time. I gave dropping dairy a try, and hey, it ended up being the answer. I tried to have vegan stuff, and I will NEVER make that mistake again. Just, everything's consistantsy was awful or it tasted like wet cardboard. Lactose free versions of milk and cheese worked perfectly fine for me, but they're usually overpriced or not in stock where I live. So, I finally took a close friend's advice to go ahead and try lactase tablets. And my God, I was able to have a whole pizza, cheese and all. The absolute most I had was a SLIGHT weird feeling in my stomach. Not an hour in the bathroom regretting my choices, just being able to go through my day after that normally. I'm finally able to eat what I used to, though I may tone it down abit since I did lose a nice bit of weight when I cut dairy from my diet.

Cheaper alternative to lacteeze & other tablets. However, if you walk around with them and they move around, they soon turn into a fine dust which can be annoying when going out & ending up with white dust in your handbag / pocket if they are not properly sealed. Other than that great and its a small inconvenience.
