Excellent. Hairstylist 30 years. Fine & frizzy hair and it smooths my hair out so well. Loooove it!!!

It is doing well its function, and I love babyliss this is why I bought it. However you can easily burn your hand or forehead due to the curved part of the device. I didn’t return it as I thought I will learn how to work with it w/o burning my fingers but it is almost impossible for me.

I dunno what how this is supposed to be a curler...it doesn't curl. It dies like, lank frizzy maybe waves...and it too many tries to get that wave, so it ended up burning the ends of my hair off in places. I had to re do everything with my old straightener (which does beautiful, actual curls and it's just a round-shaped outer housing with regular plates) and now I just smell like burnt hair all day at work. Absolutely not worth the price. Returning immediately.

I can’t say that I’ve mastered the curling technique when using this, but what I have learned is that whether you’re straightening or curling; slow pace is key. I feel like my curls don’t have a lot of volume with this, but it could be because I’m not using the right technique.. EDIT: Slow pace is not the key. Burned a lot of my hair off from doing this :’)

I have been using this BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium 1¼ inch Flat Iron in my salon for about five years, and it is still one of my favorite professional styling tools. It has been used almost every day, yet it still performs like it did when I first bought it. It is excellent for straightening hair, but I actually use it even more for creating curls and waves. It’s nice but the barrels don’t clamp down easily, you have to use both hands and add some significant strength that in my opinion is too much for a straightener that costs aver 100 dollars.

I smell burning when I use this
