Less cankersore
My daughter gets canker sore very easily (multiple at a time when she's tired - lack of sleep etc.) My cousin told me that he used to have it alot until he started to take propolis when he was a teen. I researched alot and I found a spray most highly rated but it looked like it is for kids. I bought this for her and me and she definitely got a benefit from this!! Plus it's easy to swallow (small size). Perhaps I should get that spray too for the winter as it look like that it is for sore throat for winter coming up.

Great product
I read that propolis helps with the immune system So I decided to buy to help to keep my immune system strong. my husband And I take one pill per day and it seems to be helping! Anything to help to fight the COVID!

Disappointed 😒 Quality Doesn't Seem Genuine.
I've been taking green propolis extract for a while, so I'm familiar with how it should smell, taste, and feel. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations at all. The capsule is also extremely hard. Even after soaking it in water, it didn't soften, I had to cut it with a knife. Because of this, I'm not comfortable taking this product, and unfortunately it ended up being a waste of money. I would not recommend this product.
