Works well once you figure it out
The instructions were not too clear but I was able the get the phone working by playing with it. The volume key was not mentioned in the information or how to switch from speaker to ear piece, upper right button in a call swiches from speaker to ear piece. Even the power button was not showing it is the end button, the middle arrows control the volume up and down in media mode and call mode. The power control on the side on the phone you need a small pin to switch it on and it's hard to see I used a jewers loop to see it, all these issues but so far the phone does work ok for the size and price, not as good as my samsung note 9 hahahaha, I would recommend because it good in a pinch if you need a working phone...

DOES NOT RECOGNIZE A SIM.... jumk!!!
What did I really expect for this cheap a price? Well... I bought a brand new month-by-month SIM card... and this piece of work would NOT read it. Trust me... I tried every possible way, trick, thing to do, sequence, a gazillion times. Returned it for my money back (thank you Amazon). These super-cheap toys are just that.... SUPER CHEAP and TOYS. If you are looking for a PHONE, forget it.

Awesome little piece of technology
My primary smartphone died and I needed something in the meantime. I came across this phone while searching for the cheapest "burner" phone I could find. This is probably the cheapest phone you'll find on Amazon but it definitely isn't a cheap phone. I bought it with low expectations but was blown away once I got it. It really is a working functional cell phone. I have been using it for a little over a week now and it has been great with no problems to report. Its a nice back up phone to have or just something to use to take a break away from social media while still having something that'll turn heads.

OMG this thig is TINY! I thought I was accidentally sent a "Barbie's First Phone" instead!
That it actually works, I found to be something of a miracle. On the upshot, this is an amazing novelty. Everyone is amazed it actually is a phone and works. On the downside, I live in fear of accidentally swallowing it. I don't really use it though. I bought a dedicated Mint SIM for it but continue using my iphone. I bought it for my daughter to break device addiction, and she loves it for the same reasons I do, but it may just be too small. Microscopic battery life. I'd also prefer something with the ability to track location now and then. But for the price and novelty...pretty cool!

To difficult to get service
This kind of phone is obviously meant for backup emergency service. The problem is that it's suyper complcated to get service for it. It uses CMDA 800/900/1500/1600 (I think) but when you want to buy a card for it you need to knoiw what frequency equates to which channel, and which mobile infrastructure owner uses which channel, and what those channels equal out to in frequency. Once you know that, you need to find a compatible sim card (only a few are) and make surem that the company who provides the sim card uses them compaitble frequency, channel. Once you know that you need to know which company offers a talk/text plan that you want, and whether or not they use the right frequency/channel. Then there's the issue of money. These pay as you go plans vary wildly in price and it's likely that there's only one plan from one compatible company that offers what you are looking for and good luck finding a comptible sim card and then finding where to buy the compatible plan. WAAAAY too much trouble to be used as a backup or even a novelty phone unless you already work in cellular sales.

Battery swells up after charging bursting product open
This is the second phone I've ordered. Originally suspected the first one was a fluke as the battery swelled up to the point where it bursted the product case open and rendered the phone unusable. I ordered a second one, and it did the same thing upon the second charging.
