These really did the trick when a dining set I ordered and had put together had a leg on one of the chairs that was clearly shorter than all the other chair legs. Was considering returning the set until I found these. It has worked perfectly!

Shepherd Hardware’s 1-inch Heavy Duty Felt Gard Self-Adhesive Leveling Furniture Pads were exactly what I needed to protect my hardwood floor from the legs of my dining table chairs. Each pack comes with eight beige-colored pads that are easy to apply—just peel off the adhesive backing and stick them to the bottom of the furniture legs. I was surprised that such a small product could make such a big difference. The pads prevent the chairs from sliding and keep them in place, which means I no longer have to worry about scratching my hardwood floors. They are small and simple, but they’re the perfect solution to my problem. Just be sure to make sure the area where you put them down is clean.

Works good but I put them on my kitchen chairs and they slowly slide off. Needs a stronger glue. In general they work fine.

I found these can also double as wall protectors for doorknob. And feet for laptops. For better air flow to protect laptops batteries heat dissipation while it's on a hard surface. Extends batteries life if the heat can escape while using your laptop!

This is the second time I purchased this item. I did not purchase it for the usual reason of protecting and leveling furniture legs. That is why I could not rate it for hardwood floors. I purchased them to raise up my Mac mini 2018 for better air flow. The size and thickness was perfect for my project. The adhesive sticks well, but not so strong that you will never be able to remove it. I am attaching a picture to show my alternative use for the Shepherd Heavy Duty Felt Guards.

These stick well and are thick providing extra cushioning. Great for putting on anything when you want to protect your floors.

I bought this furniture pads for my computer desk, its okay but the quality is not upto mark as it get crushed in few weeks.

pro: Chairs no longer wobble on an uneven tile floor. con: They don't slide smoothly onto a raised tile and can get tripped up. A frustration for some, children especially. If you can find hard plastic self levelers they slide easier and are likely to be more durable in the long run. However these will still work well enough, at least for the short term.

Love these - have ordered them before and will probably order again. They stick well to my dining room chairs. They adapt to the (unfortunately not flat) bottoms of the legs and do not come off like other plain felts.

These are good quality pads that are designed to stay on slanted legs for a much longer time than regular floor pads.
