Received mine in Jan. 2022. To answer question, no, they do not fit like photo. First realize that he has them pulled down. So in reality they will be much closer to the belly button. But even more importantly, the leg opening is much wider than the photo would lead you to think. I purchased Asian L - US M. The tag is clearly labeled that way. The leg opening is 22.5 inches at the bottom of the leg. So measure your thigh. The ones I received are very loose around the leg, and not tight as the photo would make it appear.
