Very light but very well made . Assembly is easy they just click together and they held my weight of 100kg with no problems . These are for press up for me and they do a very good job .

I bought these bars to help alleviate the pain that I feel in my left wrist when doing press ups 'normally'. Sadly, although I get no wrist pain, the pressure of the exercise is focused on the outside edge of my palms and this pressure causes more pain than when not using the bars. I'm not sure if it's the angled design or the small-ish diameter of the bars or even the sponge coating that offers little to no grip that is the issue, but whatever it is, they do not work for me. I've still given three stars though because the actual quality of the item is good.

Light, stable, portable and easy to use.

Very easy to assemble, cheap and lightweight, but I only gave 3 stars for its comfort. The bar is rather narrow and digs into the palms of your hands a bit, but it's not really an issue or a deal-breaker, plus one can always use gloves. I am keeping these and have used them a few times already.
