The best of the coconut milks
Nice and thick, very tasty, and it doesn't separate, so you don't need to beat it before storing it. This has the best taste of all of the coconut milks in my opinion (not to be confused with the less concentrated coconut beverages). Excellent for smoothies and cooking. Adds a silky texture/taste.

THAI Kitchen Coconut Milk &/or Cream = Best taste & Thickness for Soup recipes
THAI Kitchen brand is your normal size large can (like can vegetables). The reason I say this is...I purchased another brand when this one was sold out and I didn't pay attention to the weight/size of the can. It was tiny, ugh. But not this brand...Thai Kitchens Coconut Milk & Coconut Cream are larger cans, perfect for recipes. I make Red Lentil, Sweet potato & Russet potato soup from scratch and 1 of this size can (along with fresh veggie broth), will make a large Stockpot of thick creamy soup! In my opinion, this brand is BEST tasting & BEST consistency. I purchase the "full fat" "unsweetened" if it's available (it's most popular with buyers) and I wash the cans exterior real good then place it in my frig overnight. The next day I open the can with a hand can opener, as to not shake it up. I then slowly & gently pour the liquid into a glass bottle with cap if it's not going to be used immediately. After the liquid is poured out, thick/hard cream will be remaining and it's yummy good! I spoon it into a 32 oz glass ball jar and add a small amount of the refrigerated Coconut milk, Immersion blender on low just until combined. It will froth up if blendered too long. Add a little more or a lot more refrigerated Coconut milk to get the desired consistency for a recipe. In my Homemade soup, I prefer it thick because I also use Homemade Vegetable broth. THAI Kitchen has never let me down on flavor and quality of their can Coconut milk and can Coconut cream! The only other brand I will use ONLY if this brand is sold out is Native Forest. THAI Kitchen brand = A+

It’s great!
I’m not sure I understand the bad reviews for this product, maybe there has been some lesser quality production at some point? I have bought all supermarket brands that are available where I live and although most of them used to be thick and rich and full of solid coconut Cream, now they are all diluted, taste like water and doubled in price! So I turned to Amazon and gave this brand a try cause price was very decent and I decided to trust some of the positive reviews. Wow. So happy I did. Best coconut milk I’ve had in a while, thick and rich just as I like it. And most importantly, tasty! I just made a lentil curry and it’s perfect! This will now me my staple coconut milk, I hope it stays in stock!

Thai is the very best Coconut Milk
This is the perfect Coconut Milk. It is the only brand I will buy now. I have tried many others but really they can't compare. This is our favorate. The flavour is strong and delicious. It is perfect in my Thai Red Curry Noodle Soup. I use it in many other recipes too. Premium indeed.

Thickness not suitable in this type of container. I switched to Lite Coconut under same brand.

The BEST out there!
(*off topic but*~Again in the secondary questions it's asking about "sheerness"! What in the world does that mean?) ANYWAY to the product ~it's marvelous, delicious, better than I've ever made from real coconuts, thick, packed full of flavour, you can sauté in the coconut fat and it retains its flavour even when at high temps. In any dish it lifts it to another level w/out adding an overpowering coconut flavour. Worth a bit more. In this case, you really do get what you pay for~flavour!
