Is XXL right for a person who is 42 size ?

I'm a 41" waist guy and they fit me nicely. I wear them over my cycling bibs (which have a pad) when riding the MTB.

Is there any sizing chart?

I think the sizing chart is one of the screens. I would say the fit true to the size. Mine are good and plan to order another pair.
