A great concept but a missed opportunity.Firstly it was disappointing that the only instructions were in Chinese - no English but hey, how tricky can it be? The only real question for me was how much to fill the bucket? My thinking was fill it high enough to submerge the mop when inserted in the wet slot - which given that it goes in sideways is most of the way to the top. This is fine but there are not proper clips to hold the lid in place and the dry slot adds buoyancy to the lid so on two occasions it launched itself up and off the bucket by wanting to float up creating a mess of water.The two slots idea is great but with no clips holding the lid in place it tends to pull off the bucket when withdrawing the mop from either slot. The mop worked fine and I have a clean floor but it's just not worth the hassle and for the money that is expensive mop. It is time to send it back after one use.

This is a really nice design, light and easy to use. My only disappointment was that it didn't dry out the mop head quite as well as I'd hoped - it was still quite wet. Also the design meant that although the dirty and clean water is separate, when you use the dirty squeeze side, the dirty water all goes into the clean, rather reducing the point of having separate sides. But overall, definitely superior to most mop and bucket combos for someone with arthritis

This is a tall bucket which needs to be filled quite high to ensure the mop gets wet, unfortunately it becomes quite heavy when full. It takes up a small space in the cupboard, the microfibre mops which you get 4 of do occasionally get caught when rinsing the mop . Overall a good mop which leaves the floor fairly dry.

The item is great and well made. The only issue it have is that, due to only being able the flatten mop one way, the bucket had to be fully filled as to fully submerge the mop.

Bit fiddly to get used to - a bit stiff to assemble - however once you get used to which way the mob goes into the bucket - its pretty good - not for the elderly - or people with disabilities

I like the idea, though the mop itself isn’t the greatest. It leaves the floors very wet after usage which takes a long time to dry. Handy that the dog can’t drink the water out of it though which is the main reason I purchased it

Love the convenience and compactness of the mop and bucket. Only issue is that it can be hard to push mop into the slot as rollers are not always so smooth.

i really like this product. It’s ideal for quick clean up after toddlers mess, I just use the mop dry to sweep bits out from under table, the head swivels around table and chair legs easy, then I use mop wet to Finish off.I use it mainly on living room and bedrooms as I don’t want to get it so dirty using it also in kitchen and bathroom. Really nice size handle and comes with 2 spare cloths. The handle is easy to assemble and is lightweight and the bucket is tall and compact. Nice design too.
