Does this offer sun protection for wounds?

Yes, I have been sun burnt around these but underneath was white at a peace of paper! They stay on great in a pool or in the ocean too!

I’ll be walking all over Rome for 10 days and want to know if this can be used to prevent blisters before they happen when walking many miles a day?

I wouldn’t recommend this for blisters because the material will move. I recommend getting a brand specifically for blisters like Compeed which works very well.

Can you put Neosporin on the wound before covering and will it still stick?

I'm sorry, I really don't know the answer. I will say that it will stick well with nothing under it, but I would imagine if the Neosporin used sparingly and in a small area, it might be okay.

Can you warm this in the microwave?

Not sure why you'd want to warm up tape in the oven. I will not have that need.
