Quite easy to assemble but it painful to be on it all day.
Very nice product, it hurts my back after 6 hours on it, however it is easy to assemble, very good price and confortable for a few hours.

Great budget gaming chair!
I was quite sceptical of getting this chair as it had a fair few reviews saying it wasn't comfortable or was extremely loud or whatever, but since it was the only pink one i could get that delivered to me, i just got it. And I'm glad I did, it's so much better than my old chair (but tbf, anything would be), it's very comfy and i sit at my desk for long periods doing work and playing games. It's farily easy to assemble but it took me like an hour, that was just me being stupid though. The pink is much nicer in person than the picture, the picture has it as a sort of darker pink but it's much more baby pink in person which I prefer. This company definitely listens to feedback as someone said the straps weren't white on the pink chair, and that they were black, mine were white though so obviously they fixed that issue. The armrests aren't adjustable but that's not a problem for me. It also reclines, but my chair doesn't seem to want to come back forward so it only goes backwards, luckily for me i had realised this at the perfect setting, but if someone else decides to recline it one day i'll definitely be screwed, unless I'm not pushing it right, but I didn't want to risk breaking it so I just left it as is. The neck pillow is great, but I took the lower ergonomic one off as I didn't need it, but it was also comfy, and for the price this chair is compared to other chairs, it is great value and I am very happy with my purchase. As for the noise other reviewers have mentioned, I've had the chair about a month and it has started creaking when i lean back or forward, but it's not too bad, I just make sure to move slowly in it and not to jump into the chair when sitting down, I'll also buy some oil and see if that sorts it out. TL;DR, great chair for the money, few issues that don't bug me too much at the moment, and it is noisy at times which I imagine will worsen somewhat over time.

Fantastic chair for work and gaming
I can confirm is really comfortable, the armrests are at the perfect height and it's very comfortable for both work and gaming. I bought it to work from home and the quality overall is really high. The only critic in my opinion is the excursion of the seat height adjustment cause it's very limited. *Review Update after a month of use*: the chairs become very squeeky and noisy, so I suggest using some universal lube oil when mounting it on each bolt

Comfortable but not as high quality as other gaming chairs
Bought my wife this chair (the pink version). Although the straps for the cushions are pink in the pictures, they are actually black on delivery which is slightly annoying. The arm rests do not move at all once screwed in, so you can't adjust the height or anything, and some of the screws were even slightly rusted. On the pro side, it was easy to assemble and my wife seems comfortable on it. Definitely quite a hard chair, which is what we generally prefer so if you are looking for some extra bum cushion look elsewhere. Wheels look ok and are not too noisy on a hard floor, and everything seems to work (if a little creaky). Overall I'd say good value, but next time I'd probably spend a little more to get adjustable arm rests.

I would recommend to buy
I bought this chair for £99.99 and it is very good. Easy to assemble and will need 2 people. Some of the screws are already screwed in so u have to unscrew them. Gives a spare of each bolt. It is height adjustable and is a reclining chair. But it does NOT have adjustable armrests and I am a it disappointed. It does not have a leg rest. The lever for the recliner is a bit small and could definitely be improved by its size and how it is placed. It is a bit hard to pull it and sometimes gets jammed. Recliner can go full 180°. Overall very good chair and I would recommend to buy!

All round great chair and good price
good chair, looks nice too, havent had many issues Only issue i do have after using it for a month now is the up&down function no longer works. So slowly it was rising, so i lowered it, had to really force it down as wouldn't drop. Its at the desired height i need it and hasn't raised since, but i can no longer raise or lower it and i have tried adjusting it. CBB sending back so that's my only gripe with it

Used one for a year. Can't recommend it.
I tried my best to give it a chance. Bought the chair because I wanted a good looking comfortable chair. Used the chair for a year, despite being unimpressed by it a few weeks into using it. My observations: 1. Within a month, the seat foam had completely flattened and hardened like a board. I bought a cushion in an attempt to salvage the chair, which made it bearable over the next year, but not comfortable. 2. The lumbar "support" cushion similarly lost its shape within a month. However, the cushion itself seemed to do more harm than good anyway. Removing the cushion actually helped with back pain and nerve problems, very possibly linked to the use of the lumbar cushion anyway. Removing the cushion, however, makes the chair unusable because of the next point. 3. Although possibly more of a problem with gaming chairs in general, the cup-shaped backrest looks cool but is atrociously uncomfortable. The shape pushes my shoulders forward keeping me permanently semi-slouched, but with a bend on my back from the lumbar cushion. Without the cushion, however, the backrest is too deep for me to use. Maybe the chair is designed for smaller people, but needless to say, the backrest was painful to use. Again, because I couldn't be bothered to buy a new chair, I placed a thin rolled-up blanket between me and the backrest to make the chair usable. 4. Within a year of regular use, however, the hinge on the backrest broke off. I'm a 6ft bloke, around 85kg, so maybe I'm not the target audience of this chair, but I do treat my furniture with care. Despite this, the welds on the pieces of metal holding the screws to the frame broke. I'm not sure why they couldn't just have the screws go through the frame itself, but the welds were maybe too weak anyway. (Careful when this happens, because the backrest is going to collapse backwards and smash anything behind you. I had my guitar behind me.) Some ok points: - the armrests did not fall off, though they were wobbly and squeaky despite being screwed all the way in. - it was easy to assemble. Overall, especially for 99 pounds, I can't recommend the chair. I can't tell if higher quality gaming chairs are better, but in my experience, cheap office chairs were a lot more comfortable than this. Using this chair for a year was a bad idea. I can't tell if my back pain is a result of it, but it certainly did not help.

Much better than a dining room chair but could be more comfortable
Arrived with next day delivery. Assembled on my own in about 15 mins. No additional tools required as they're provided with the in the box. It's strong and sturdy. I have a 34" waist and the bottom of the seat is nice and snug. The thigh supports (in a car for lateral G support I get, but on a static chair, not so much) prevent you from sitting on 1 foot (as I tend to do for short periods from time to time). The arm rests do not move at all and are hard plastic - the most comfortable but better than nothing at all Cushions: comes with neck and lumber support cushions. Neck cushion is nice but haven't really used the lumbar support cushion as it's a bit intrusive and the support straps are a bit awkward. Have spent a few days on this and am toying with putting a sofa cushion on the base as it gets a warm and the padding could be a bit thicker. Overall, 8/10 happy with this (big improvement over what I was working from home on) but feel like there are better options out there.
